Began Facebook advertising campaign to increase

program awareness, reach and engagement

Results to date include

• Average increase of 5,000 visits per week to the

Choose Work website when ads are run

• 160% increase in traffic to Find Help page (6500 views

per week)

• 1,759,970 people reached on Facebook

• 11,330 new Facebook page “likes”

• 893 comments; 4,531 shares

• 154,411 clicks on the ads and mini-blogs

Broadcast 3 radio spots

• Broadcast approximately 2,000 times with an

audience of 190,000

Published 4 traditional Success Stories that received

A new type of feature story, called Stepping Stones,

will demonstrate beneficiaries’ progress on the path

In the past year, we’ve hosted monthly webinars for more

than 4,000 attendees or about 400 per month.

The next webinar, “Choosing a Service Provider That’s Right

for You” is Wednesday, October 23, 2019 3-4:30 pm ET.

American Sign Language (ASL) services

during a WISE webinar

Individuals fluent in ASL can participate in

• 14 self-paced modules with assessments

• follow up “question/answer” sessions at 6 key

activation to serve Ticketholders after completion of
