Heads of Agreement (HoA) signed on 6 October 2009, providing Total an opportunity to join development of the field.
Khvalynskoye is a gas and condensate field located in the Caspian Sea on the border of Russia and Kazakhstan.
Water depth – 25 meters.
The gas produced from this field will betransported to Russia.
Under the HoA, the field will have the following shareholder structure:
