Greetings!
I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. I am the Executive Director for the Mosinee Area Chamber of Commerce. I am very excited to join this organization and
begin to get to know those in the community.
I am from the Weston area and have lived in the Wausau area for most of my life. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in business management. My background includes event planning and
many years of leadership experience in healthcare and in business.
I am looking forward to further building relationships within our community and helping
area businesses network together.

Started with lawn & garden equipment into off road equipment service & repair. Also offering lines of accessories to purchase. They service, and repair Ice Augers, snow Blowers, chain
saws, lawn mowers, generators, trimmers, roto tillers, all makes and model engines, UTV’s, ATV’s, snowmobiles, dirt bikes, go carts and scooters.
They are manufacturing service center for Sanborn
brand air compressors and all brand names under Sanborn roof
They are a Service Center for most equipment sold at
Menards, Low’s, home Depot and Fleet Farm.
They also are a Service Center for various other
manufactures on Small engine equipment Cj’s Small engine has been a Mosinee Youth Baseball supporter for 14 years and has sponsored various Team group ages. This year they are Sponsoring the Babe Ruth League.

Join members of the Mosinee Area Chamber of Commerce, other local officials and guests in hosting Wisconsin DOT Secretary Dave Ross on Thursday, October 25th at the Central Wisconsin Airport. Along with a ribbon-cutting for a new airport restaurant and chamber member (The Blind
Rooster), WisDOT Secretary Ross will provide attendees with an update on key transportation-related issues and how the department works with local officials and groups on projects that support public safety and economic growth. Registration is available online.
Educational Luncheon
New Member Ground Breaking Ceremony Owners Fred and Stephanie Jaun of the new restaurant, Casa Mezcal broke ground on Wednesday, August 1st. They are working towards an opening date sometime in November or December of this year. The restaurant will
initially employ approximately 8-10 employees. There are plans to have an outdoor seating area as well. Casa Mezcal will be open between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. with daily lunch specials. Congrats Fred and Stephanie! Photo provided by Created Anew Designs.
The Mosinee Brewing Company Update: The Mosinee Brewing Company continues to move along on the construction of their facility. They will initially open as a Tap Room in late September. The addition of banquet rooms will follow close behind and the brewing facility will become final as licensing is completed.

Christmas Craft Show, Festival and Parade Saturday, December 1, 2018 Admission: Free Location: Mosinee High School and Downtown Mosinee 9:00 am-3:00 pm: At the Mosinee High School you will find a Family festival with an Artisan, Craft and Small Business Show (annually over 130 vendors within two gyms and the hallways). The Chamber’s Candy Cane Raffle to benefit our Mosinee High School Chamber Scholarship. Mrs. Klaus’s Cafe with food and refreshments. And don’t forget to bring the kids to visit Santa. The Mosinee High School Choir will also host their Annual Bake Sale with lots of great
Christmas treats. Register online or download and print the 2018 Arts & Crafts Contract. 9:00 am-11 am: Pancake Breakfast with Santa at the Mosinee High School Cafeteria. The Children’s area has
craft activities for children while they wait to visit Santa. 9:00 am-11 am: Photos with Santa will also take place in the Mosinee High School Cafeteria. Have your picture taken with Santa for a minimal fee or bring your own camera. 5:45 pm: Make sure to head to Downtown Mosinee for the Annual Christmas Parade and Downtown Tree Lighting with the Mayor. 5:30 pm: Line-up for Parade 6:00 pm: Parade starts. Register your float online or download and print the Parade Registration form. Registration Deadline is Nov 25. Line-up is at 5:30.
