How does the REALTOR.com® See My Listings Application work?
The See My Listings application works by linking all of your property listings from REALTOR.com® to your Facebook® wall using a “tab format”.
Your friends, family and real estate clients can then see up to three listings displayed in the application.
For REALTORS® with the REALTOR.com® Showcase Listing Enhancements Marketing SystemSM, your Facebook® friends can also click “See all my listings…” to open a page on REALTOR.com® that shows all of your property listings.

How does a REALTOR® install this application to their Facebook® profile?
You can install this application by becoming a fan of the REALTOR® Marketer Facebook® fan page at facebook.com/realestatemarketer. To install, simply click the See My Listings banner on the left hand side of the page.
Click Allow to give the See My Listings application access to your Facebook® account.
Enter your MLS information in the registration form and select the Continue button. Upon registering, you will get a confirmation screen with your name and MLS information. Simply fill in your company name, city, state and license number – then click Update.

Can REALTORS® select which listings to display on their Facebook® application?
At this time, the listings will randomly be pulled from your inventory, showing a new set of three listings every time the Facebook® page is displayed. The ability to hand pick the listings can be evaluated for a future release.
Go to your wall tab located on your Facebook® Profile. At the right, under the Share button click Options or Settings (depending on which is displayed)
Select the drop-down menu for Default Landing Tab for Everyone Else to set the default tab for visitors to your page. Select See My Listings.
Friends who visit your page will now land on your See My Listings page
PLEASE NOTE: while your friends will see your See My Listings display, you will only see your normal wall.

How to set your “See My Listings” tab as the default landing page.
Go to the tabs on your profile and click the “+”. Select the See My Listings tab to have appear in your tabs at the top of your profile. If you have multiple tabs and would like your See My Listings tab to always appear, click and drag it into the position you would like.
Once added, your listings will now be viewed on your Facebook® Wall by any friends who visit your profile page.
