Resolution support: any LED display that resolution

The network cable between the LED display andcomputer should be less than 120 meters. If it

exceeds 120 meters, you must use signal relay unit

or optical fiber.

If one sending card controls multiple LED display,

and each LED display shows different video, thecomputer should have high frequency CPU and good

video card, or the picture will lagged.

Payment:

(3) Delivery time: accomplish manufacturing within 25 days

after receiving the deposit.

(4) Packing details: packing by plywood case for

transportation. Estimate gross weight 60KG/m2

(5) Before delivery, we will test the display, and keep it light

up for 72 hours, and check all the parts of the display to

confirm it is Ok for delivery. You can send your engineer to

our factory for inspection before delivery, and we only canarrange the delivery after you confirmed the quality of the

display.

After sales service:

(6) Guarantee period: ** Months quality guarantee. Duringthe warranty period, we will be responsible for malfunction

caused by quality problem, except by user's wrong

operation. As soon as we confirm that the damage is not

caused by user's operation fault, we will delivery good parts

to you for replacement. The freight of delivering spare partsshall be paid by user. After warranty period, we also can

offer you the parts for replacement at our bottom price.

(7) After sale, if you have any question about our product,

you can inform us by mail, and we will reply you in 24 hourswhen we get you E-mail, and offer you a good solution to

fix the problem.

Installation:

(8) We can assist the training and technical support for the

customer in the factory, if the customer requires so. You

can send your engineer to our factory for training about

test, installation, maintenance. We will offer professional

training free.

(9) We could send our engineer to guide the installation for

you. But the relevant cost should be paid by your esteemed

company such as visa, hotel, food, plane ticket for back

and forth, and also your esteemed company should pay our

staff 50USD/day/staff (from our engineer's departure from

Shenzhen) and should help to arrange our staff visa.
