Melva Aleman works out of the New Brunswick, NJ facility in the mending department. Having started as a porter on the production floor, Melva has been with Unitex for over a year and we are fortunate to have her. She has a pos- itive outlook on life and cares deeply about doing a great job put- ting “quality” as her number one priority. She is grateful for the work environ- ment and the comraderie of her co-workers stating, “If you put in the effort the rest will be easy.” Melva came to the U.S. from Honduras and is married with a son, daughter, and two grandchildren! When not work- ing Melva enjoys eating out, shopping, and tv comedies! She stays active by walking and dreams of travelling to Israel one day. When asked for her New Year’s resolution she said, “...with the help of God to become a better person.” In the inspirational Christ- mas card she gave to management she wrote, “God bless the owners, the managers and Unitex employees.” Thank you Melva.
