Response to the preliminary infor- mation flyer about the Congress, mailed in late April 1983, has been very gratifying. We look forward to a successful gathering and a pro- fessionally rewarding meeting.

The 'Call for Abstracts', abstract forms, and registration materials will be mailed out in early Sept- ember 1983 (via airmail outside of North America). Deadline for sub- mission of abstracts will be Jan- uary 15, 1984.
