Hi Y'all,

First of all: fellow club member and all around nice and funny guy Irl Unruh was involved in an auto accident & is recuperating in an Austin Hospital.

Prayers and best wishes for him and Sharon.

Christmas Party was a blast this year!!! Large rowdy crowd and lots of good food. Many nice prizes in the gift exchange. Seems like Barb opened more than anyone else, but took home only one. Ron Adwers got away with the special one created by Irl. I think he now has two!!!

Not much going on in the activities side of things, too cold!!! Till next month, stay warm & be safe!!!

Happy New Year LARC Club Members...

There isn't a lot to put in the Newsletter, but here goes.......

Great Christmas Party, food was excellent, Party room was beautiful, All the people were gorgeous, stealing

gifts was hilarious, so a great big Thank You to the Ladies that put on such a great event....

The only other things going on are

Wed. morning breakfast at Mama's and 1st. and 3rd. Friday Night Cruise Ins.

Also staying WARM....

Good cuddle weather huh?????

Club monthly meeting is Jan. 9th. at the Marble Falls Library 7:pm but first—Dinner at 5:pm at Chili's

Say a prayer for our beloved IRL UNRUH We love you Brother, get well quick...

EDITOR’S CORNER

We let Patsy Craven take the month off, since she evidently was having too good a time at the Christmas

Party to take any notes. Oh Well—maybe next year we’ll have a full slate of minutes and events from the

2018 Christmas Party—if anyone will be able to keep track of who stole a gift from whom. That’s a puzzle in

itself. Your fiendly Editor and Judy were not able to attend, and we sorely miss all the fun. See the picture

below to see what we underwent. Not too much else going on, so this January’s issue is short. Our Photog-

rapher Ron, wasn’t able to make the Friday Night Cruise Ins, so we don’t have any pics from them, and the

Editor forgot to bring his camera. Must be another sign of advancing age.

Like Mark and Don say—Stay Warm. Some of our garages are unheated, so no serious playing with cars

when the temps in the daytime are in the mid 20’s. Sometime, the sun and warmer weather may return and

the Arctic vortex will return toward the north or head eastward to plague Europe and Russia.
