It is a great feeling when you get a chance to spruik about our wonderful school, staff, students and community. I know our new families will be looking forward to becoming an important part of our school community over the coming years. Grandparents Day Another excing occasion planned for tomorrow. An entertaining and upliſting concert followed by a delicious morning tea. Our students are also being treated to morning tea, which will be served under the trees. Thank you to our staff, who as usual, go above and beyond to deliver these treasured experiences. 10 Day Swimming Scheme We will be conducng this most important program during Weeks 5 & 6 (11th –22nd Nov). All Year 2 students should aend and there are places available for students in Years 3-6 to parcipate. If your child did not receive a note and you would like them to aend they may collect one from the office. I cannot stress enough how important it is to have all our students in these years achieve a proficiency level. Please ensure you return money and notes as soon as possible to secure your childs place in PRINCIPALS MESSAGE VISION: North Haven Public School, in partnership with our community, promotes and provides a dynamic, future-focused learning environment fostering equity and excellence. 10 Day Special Swimming Scheme Recently Year 2-6 students brought home information about the 10 day swimming scheme to be conducted from Monday, 11th November to Friday, 22nd November.

All Year 2 students are encouraged to attend and there are places available for Year 3-6 students who may need to further develop their swimming skills. Total cost for the 10 days is $60. Permission notes and $30 deposit need to be returned to school by TOMORROW Friday, 25th October.

7th November On Thursday, 7th November KD and K/1M will be participating in a Letterland Fun Day. The children may come to school dressed as a Letterland character, eg Jumping Jim - jeans and a shirt, with some balls to juggle. Please don’t go to too much trouble with your child’s costume; a yellow hat and t-shirt for Yellow Yoyo Man, black and white clothes would do
