Sustav upravljanja kvalitetom tvrtke "KON»AR - Niskonaponske sklopke i prekidaËi" d.d. usaglaπen je sa meunarodnimstandardom ISO 9001, Ëiji certifikat posjeduje od 1995. godine.The circuit-breakers have been tested according to the IEC/EN 60947 standards, carry the certifikate sign GOST r, and have approved forinstalation in ships by the Croatian Shipping register and Lloyd’ Register of Shipping. The company’s quality assurance system has beencertified in accordance with ISO 9001 since 1995.

PrekidaËi tipa ASMA100, ASMA400, EA400/500

Antiπok izvedba prekidaËa sa zaπtitnim mehaniËkim ureajem koji u trenutku udarca blokira sklopni mehanizami sprjeËava moguÊa, a neæeljena isklapanja prekidaËa. Koristi se u postrojenjima koja su izloæena jakimmehaniËkim udarcima.

PrekidaËi sa kompenzacijom temperature okoline

PrekidaËi tipa N250/320/400, NH630/800 te N/NH1000/1250 mogu imati ugraen (na zahtjev) kompenzatortemperature okoline za podruËje temperatura od 10 do 60oC.

Sklopke nisu opremljene termomagnetnim okidaËima, a posjeduju okidaËki mehanizam. Izvedbe i prigradnjeiste su kao i kod prekidaËa tipa N250, N320, N400, NH630, NH800, N1000 odnosno NH1250.

Prekidna moÊ iznosi 6,5kA za sklopke tipa NSa250/320/400, 12kA za sklopke tipa NSa630/800, a 20kA zasklopke tipa NSa1000/1250/1600 kod napona 690V.

PrekidaËi tipa ASMN100, ASMN400

Ovi prekidaËi imaju standardno podeπenje elektromagnetnih okidaËa (I2=10xI1), ali imaju dodatni elektromagnetniokidaË u strujnom krugu nul-vodiËa. Proradna struja dodatnog okidaËa jednaka je struji I1. Vrijednosti tolerancaproradnih struja tog okidaËa su +5% i -15% (I2=I1).Vidi mjernu skicu na strani 39.

PrekidaËi tipa ASMN100 D, ASMN400 D

PrekidaËi tipa ASMN … D imaju ugraen dodatni elektromagnetni okidaË kroz koji u pogonu protjeËestruja nul-vodiËa. U trenutku porasta struje u nul-vodiËu do vrijednosti prorade struje okidaËa (I20=0,6xI1),istodobno se isklapaju svi polovi prekidaËa. Vrijednosti toleranca proradnih struja okidaËa u nul-vodiËusu +5% i -15%.

PrekidaËi opremljeni okidaËem u nul-vodiËu ne mogu imati podnaponski niti isklopni okidaË.

Elektromagnetni okidaËi u fazama imaju proradnu struju dvostruku od nazivne struje (I2=2xI1). U sluËajudvopolnih kratkih spojeva, kod kojih je struja kratkog spoja manja od proradne struje elektromagnetnih okidaËau fazama, djeluju toplinski okidaËi.Vidi mjernu skicu na strani 39.

PrekidaËi tipa ASMB100, ASMB400

Proradna struja elektromagnetnih okidaËa jednaka je Ëetverostrukoj vrijednosti od nazivne struje (I2=4xI1).Ovaj tip prekidaËa opremljen je i posebnom izvedbom podnaponskog okidaËa, jer uzrokuje isklapanje prekidaËatek kada napon padne na vrijednost izmeu 50% i 35% nazivnog napona.

PrekidaËi sa vremenskim zatezanjem djelovanja zaπtite

Ovaj tip prekidaËa opremljen je dodatnim ureajem za vremensko zatezanje djelovanja magnetnog okidaËa,Ëime se omoguÊuje realizacija strujne selektivnosti.

Ovakav ureaj moguÊe je ugraditi samo u prekidaËe tipa ASM100, 2- polna izvedba (oznaka za narudæbu jeASM100 RS), te prekidaËe tipa N/NH630/800/1000/1250, 3-polna izvedba (oznaka za narudæbu je npr.NH1250 RS).TehniËke podatke dajemo na upit.

Svi prekidaËi (osim E100) mogu biti opremljeni i okidaËem podnaponskim koji ima vremensko zatezanjedjelovanja.

Circuit-breakers types ASMA100, ASMA400, EA400/500

The circuit-breakers are designed with special device for protection against mechanical shocks that occur inspecific drives. The moment the shock appears, the protective device instantaneously blocks the completetripping mechanism and prevents from undesirable opening of circuit-breaker.

Circuit-breakers with ambient temperature compensator

Circuit-breakers of types N250/320/400, NH630/800 and of types N/NH1000/1250 can be equipped with am-bient temperature compensator for the temperature range from 10 to 60oC on request.

The switches are not provided with thermomagnetic releases and have a tripping mecanism. Constructionand fittings are the same as for circuit-breakers N250, N320, N400, NH630, NH800, N1000 and NH1250.Breaking capacity for switches of type NSa250/320/400 is 6,5kA, 12kA for switches of type NSa630/800and for switches of type NSa1000/1250/1600 is 20kA at voltage 690V.

Circuit-breakers types ASMN100, ASMN400

This type of circuit-breakers have the standard electromagnetic release adjustment, but also have an addi-tional electromagnetic release in the neutral conductor circuit. The additional release’s tripping current isequal current I1. The tolerance values of the tripping currents of this release is +5% and -15% (I2=I1).See the dimension drawing at page 39.

Circuit-breakers types ASMN100 D, ASMN400 D

The circuit-breakers type ASMN ... D have a fitted additional electromagnetic release trough which neutralconductor current flows while operating. In the moment the neutral conductor current increase up to thevalue release’s operating current (I20=0,6xI1) and all release’s poles expell. The tolerance values of trippingcurrent of neutral conductor’s releases are +5% and -15%.

The breakers supplied with neutral conductor release cannot have the undervoltage nor shunt-trip release.

The tripping current of electromagnetic releases in phases in double compared to rated current (I2=2xI1). Incase of two-pole short-circuits, when the short-circuit current is lower than operatig current of the electro-magnetic release in phases, thermal releases begin to react.See the dimension drawing at page 39.

Circuit-breakers types ASMB100, ASMB400

Electromagnetic releases operating current is equal to quadruple rated current value (I2=4xI1). This type ofcircuit-breaker is also equipped with specially executed undervoltage release, and causes breaker’s expellingonly when the voltage diminishes to values betwen 50% and 35% of rated voltage.

Circuit-breakers with selective magnetic releases

This type of circuit-breaker is equipped with additional device with delayed inverse time magnetic trip, whichpermit to realize the amperometric selectivity.

This device can only be mounted in circuit-breakers ASM100, 2-pole version (ordering name ASM100 RS),and circuit-breakers N/NH630/800/1000/1250, 3-pole version (ordering name NH1250 RS).

Rastavne sklopke / Switch - disconnectors

Rastavne sklopke izvedene su kao posebne izvedbe pripadnih prekidaËa serije B, N i ASM gdje su zadræaneiste dimenzije, naËin montaæe i prikljuËnice.

Rastavne sklopke se koriste za sklapanje i izoliranje u transformatorskim stanicama, sabirniËkim sustavima,aparatnim grupama i spojnim poljima.

Rastavne sklopke odgovaraju standardu IEC/EN 60947-3 s glavnom funkcijom izoliranja. RuËica rastavnesklopke moæe doÊi u poloæaj koji pokazuje da je rastavna sklopka otvorena samo u sluËaju kada su glavnikontakti u otvorenom poloæaju (pozitivno otvaranje).

Rastavne sklopke moraju se na strani napajanja zaπtititi od kratkog spoja pripadnim prekidaËem iliosiguraËem.

Nazivna kratkotrajno podnosiva struja Icw pokazuje izdræljivost rastavne sklopke u uklopljenom poloæajuza vrijeme trajanja kratkog spoja.

Nazivna kratkospojna uklopna moÊ Icm pokazuje sposobnost uklapanja rastavne sklopke na kratki spojbez ikakvog oπteÊenja.

The switch-disconnectors are derived as special version from circuit-breakers series B, N and ASM. Theswitch-disconnectors have the same overall dimensions, mounting system, accessories as the circuit-breakersfrom which they are derived.

The switch-disconnectors can be used as apparatus for switching and isolating in transformers sub-switch-boards, busbars, groups of apparatus and bus-tie switch.

The switch-disconnectors comply with IEC/EN 60947-3 standard with the main function - isolating. Positiveopening operation ensure that all the main contacts are in the open position when the handle is in the positioncorresponding to open position of the switch-disconnectors.

The switch-disconnectors must be protected on the supply side against short-circuits by corresponding circuit-breakers or fuses.

The rated short withstand current Icw indicates the capability of switch-disconector in the closed positionduring short-circuit.

The rated short-circuit making capacity Icm gives a switch-disconnector capability for closing under short-circuit condition without any damage.

OkidaË isklopni / Shunt-trip

OkidaË isklopni koristi se za daljinski isklop prekidaËa. Uvijek se spaja u seriju sa jednom pomoÊnom sklopkom(okidaËi isklopni za prekidaËe tipa N250/320/400, NH630/800 kao i tipa N/NH1000/1250 veÊ imaju na sebiugraenu pomoÊnu sklopku).Kod narudæbe je uvijek potrebno navesti nazivni napon okidaËa isklopnog te tip prekidaËa u koji Êe se ugraditi.

Shunt-trip is used for remote switching-off of circuit-breaker. It is always necessary to connect it in series withone auxiliary switch (shunt-trips for circuit breakers N250/320/400, NH630/800 and N/NH1000/1250 alreadyhave embeded auxiliary switch).

When ordering it is always necessery to specify rated voltage of shunt-trip and type of circuit-breaker.
