NO PORK, NO LARD MENU SUITABLE FOR MORNING AND AFTERNOON TEA/ REFRESHMENT OR COCKTAIL RECEPTION We need a minimum spend of $900.00 ($963.00 with GST) for buffet set up with skirtings, warmers, good quality disposable dining implements and serviettes. There will also be a transport charge of $80.00. Other costs are shown in Item 7 below. For orders less than $900.00 ($963.00 with GST), there will be no buffet set up. But we charge a delivery fee of $30.00 per trip to one destination. Depending on the occasion and your guests’ preferences, choose any dish here. Each dish has been costed on a per head basis. Portions are generous for savoury mains and desserts. For finger food, each guest will be given 2 – 3 pieces. We always ensure sufficiency in our buffets. Beverages: • With minimum spend of $900.00 ($963 with GST) – complimentary fruit punch or lime juice or coffee and tea for up to 30 pax.
