Noida has gradually transformed into a hub of luxury and high-end projects to give a firm competition to the neighbouring cities and parts of NCR. There are numerous luxury projects underway as well as in the pipeline in the prime loca- tions of Noida. Factors driving towards a sustained growth The strategic location of Noida has been one of the major elements for the development of the real estate market in Noida. Though Noida is known for its affordable housing projects, there are numerous luxury projects underway as well as in the pipeline in Noida and its adjoining areas. Noida is located very near to Delhi, and Noida also has multiple connect points with the capi- tal city and other parts of NCR, and this makes Noida a better place to live and invest. New and upcoming infrastructure projects are accelerating fresh demand and growth. Various pro- grammes to further improve infrastructure facilities and encourage real estate growth in accordance with the revised master plan 2021 have been set in motion by the Noida Authority.
