Sustainability Through Trading Easy to over promise, more difficult to deliver

“I represent three non-profits; an alcohol drug residential treatment centre, a transitional employment organization for recovering addicts, and a local food pantry. We are exploring starting a bakery to provide job training for newly recovering addicts and provide foods for the pantry and to raise revenue for our respective organizations.
