Open DayThe old railway station has just been given a new look. Come and see the changes. Light refreshments will be available.

Heritage Bus Tour and Devonshire TeaThis tour will take in the sites relating to the bombing of Katherine and other key defence force places including the WWII hospital and abattoir. It begins and returns to O’Keeffe House that was the wartime officers mess.O’Keefe House - 1pmCost: $10 per person

One of the camp’s roles was to act as a strategic fortress in case the Japanese overran or at least isolated Darwin in a land assault.
