A superbly functional material for chemical mixers and storage containers, stainless steel is non-porous and rinses clean. Unaffected by extreme temperature changes or ultra-violet light, stainless steel remains dependable and strong in use and in storage: Spray tanks and through tank mechanical agitation; turbine housing and axial flow fan blades; plumbing and spray manifolds; access doors and hood, manhole lid, lid strainer basket, ladders, rails, steps- all stainless steel construction.

For more than 40 years, PTO drive Powerblasts have utilized REARS constant velocity hitch: a heavy duty equal-angle pivot system to bend your tractor’s power around a 90° corner without bending your tractor. A thru-tank drive train brings direct drive power to REARS gearbox for turbine and pump system.

centrifugal pump

REARS centrifugal pump delivers up to 55gpm as installed to allow full dilute and concentrate applications with equal efficiency. The pump functions as an automatic flow metering device- there is no pressure rise in the system when spray manifolds are shut-off. High/low select pressure settings.

Quick access suction and discharge strainers are mounted in line to maintain high

pump performance and clear nozzles. These self-centering, self-aligning filters are

easily cleaned and replaced during operation. The entire plumbing system can be

quickly flushed and drained between applications.

A superbly functional material for chemical mixers and storage containers, stainless steel is non-porous and rinses clean. Unaffected by extreme temperature changes or ultra-violet light, stainless steel remains dependable and strong in use and in storage: Spray tanks and through tank mechanical agitation; turbine housing; plumbing and spray manifolds; manhole lid, steps- all stainless steel construction.

A thru-tank drive train brings direct drive power to the turbine and pump system. The pul-blast utilizes a two-speed gearbox with neutral. The pul-blast modular tongue is height adjustable and includes a bearing block to absorb end-thrust from the telescoping tractor driveline. Bullet model sprayers are delivered with REARS constant velocity hitch: a heavy duty equal-angle pivot system to bend your tractor’s power around a 90° corner. REARS CVHitch is available for most other pul-blast models.

REARS self-priming centrifugal pump is also available for most models.

Quick access suction and discharge strainers are mounted in line to maintain high

pump performance and clear nozzles. These self-centering, self-aligning filters are

easily cleaned and replaced during operation. The entire plumbing system can be

quickly isolated and flushed between applications.

controlsRemote manual spray controls. Tank head mounted glycerine pressure gauge and

volume sight gauge for easy cab viewing.

Rears offers 24”, 28”, 32”, and 36” diameter 3-position variable pitch axial flow fans

to match your application and horsepower requirements. Fans engage with a cen-

trifugal clutch. For optimal performance, the fan is installed with a tight tolerance

between blade tip and housing.
