Holy Communion will be celebrated on Sabbath, December 1, in both the first and second services. This is a time of reflection on our relationship with our heavenly Fa-ther, as well as a time when we celebrate our freedom from sin, made possible by the sacrifice of our Lord.
Sligo Women’s Ministries Book Club will meet on Wednesday, December 12 at 7 p.m. in the Discipleship Room to discuss The Tiger’s Wife by Tea Obreht.
Sligo Church needs knitters and crocheters! As part of the Raising the Roof initiative, Sligo’s knitters and crocheters are being challenged to produce hats, scarves and mittens for the homeless.
