NRF has 8 producon facilies worldwide, including own R&D and tesng facilies. This allows NRF to develop high quality parts, including the producon of radiators for EURO6 engines. The total truck range includes a large variety of more than 1.250 engine cooling and air condioning parts. Focusing on truck > NRF offers parts for different kind of segments. Each segment has its own customer base and each range has its own priori�es. For the truck segment NRF is focusing on quality and product range. High quality and durability > In the truck segment quality and durability are two important requirements. NRFs development and tes�ng departments are constantly monitoring the quality of exis�ng and new to range parts. Therefore NRF is able to offer high quality (OE equivalent) a�ermarket parts with original specifica�ons, such as performance, fi�ng and size. Expanding the range with EGR coolers and expansion tanks > Focusing on range means that NRF aims to create high market coverage. The current product range is constantly being expanded. Furthermore NRF is introducing new product groups to the current range. Two years ago NRF was the first a�ermarket supplier that introduced EGR coolers. Fastmover in the range is the EGR cooler for the MAN TGA (NRF no. 48101). Recently NRF introduced two new EGR coolers (NRF no. 48318 and 48319) for Scania P,R,T series (EURO4 and EURO5). NEW: NRF started 2019 with the introduc�on of 29 expansion tanks, covering 95% of the market demand. All NRF expansion tanks are delivered with a new sealing cap, because the original cap can be worn-out or doesn’t fit. Premium fan clutches > For years NRF supplies high quality fan clutches for truck applica�ons. Currently the range consists of more than 150 unique parts. NRF guarantees a perfect quality and performance. All 150 parts have been individually performance tested in the NRF test facility. In case of a warranty return, each single fan clutch will be test again to define the cause. Produc�on of truck radiators > NRF is a�ermarket leader as a manufacturer and supplier of truck radiators for EURO 6 engines. These radiators are totally designed and developed by NRF. Also these parts are subjected to an extensive test procedure to guarantee performance and durability. HIGHLIGHT: NRF has successfully engineered and manufactured eight different radiators for the Mercedes- Benz Actros MP4: NRF# 56067, 56068, 56069, 56070, 56071, 56072, 56073, 56138. Air condi�oning range > NRF also offers a wide range of air condi�oning parts, including parts for the latest EURO6 trucks. The A/C range consists of compressors, condensers, heaters and interior blowers for all major truck brands. Almost all compressors and condensers are Easy Fit, so O-rings are included to ensure an easy and quick installa�on.
