The NSRF is inviting the Adams County Republicans and the ReaganClub of Colorado to join us for this pre-Christmas meeting as it seemsthat the government creates more problems than it solves. Think GunMagazine Capacity, Voter ID, Green Energy, Immigration, ObamaCare, theEPA, spending more money on Social Justice programs and increasing theU.S. Debt
How do we fix Am erica? Is there a solut io n?
Steve Laffey was elected mayor of Cranston, RI as theywere on the brink of bankruptcy. Two years later, the town had a budget surplus thanks to his
ideas.
How did he do it? Can those principles be applied to America?
Join us on Saturday morning, December 13th to hear Steve explain his ideas and answer yourquestions. The doors open at 8:30am with the meeting from 9:00am-11:00am.
Admission is $3 for NSRF members and $5 for non-members. Plus, we're asking everyone to bring at leasttwo cans of food that we will donate to the COFU Food Bank.
Best of all, we're having breakfast burritos from Santiago’s along with coffee, bottled water, fruit, andhomemade pastries.
Steve Laffey was elected mayor of Cranston, Rhode Island, in 2002, andreelected by the widest margin in Cranston history in 2004. Before enteringpolitics he had had a successful career in finance, including a stint as presidentand COO of Morgan Keegan, an investment bank in Memphis. He's writtenbooks, produced a DVD, and ran for political office.
