Many groups choose to combine a visit to
Xi’an with Beijing.
China’s largest city is the flourishing focal
point of modern China. Its brightly coloured
neon-lit skyscrapers are an example of the
recent boom in China’s economy.
Tucked away between the modern
developments are the temples, markets and
Chinese gardens which give a glimpse into the
city’s past. Many groups in particular choose
to visit the Jade Buddha Temple, Oriental Pearl
TV Tower and Yuyuan Garden for an all-round
experience.
Nanjing Road is great for shopping. The
evening cruise on the Huangpu River is always
a favourite too. Shanghai also offers a great
selection of Business Studies visits.
