all the freaks, and deviants behind her, and smother out all

those who dare oppose such a thing (that’s us). Yes, all in

the name of fun and entertainment. Do

This fruitcake (and a dangerous one at that) has sold million

albums worldwide and No. 7 ranking by Forbes in their most

powerful women in the world. If she is a puppet (and she is)

of sinister forces then they have something very powerful.

The deviants will multiply now they have someone very

powerful at the helm of their twisted crusade.

No way are they (deviants and wrongins) going back into the

closet or back down the sewer. Why would they? Try and

imagine what it must be like in the shoes of the so - called

downtrodden, twisted and horrible. Try and imagine the

HATE they must have for us for keeping them hidden and

ashamed. Does anyone really believe their going to give all

this up? Not on your Nellie, they are. Can you now see

where this leaves us? Remember, the fat hate the thin

more than the other way round. The ugly hate the beautiful

more than the beautiful hate the ugly. And so does the

deviant hate the healthy more than the other way round.

Such hatred is why Communism is so MURDEROUS. This is a

chink in our amour Karl Marx got onto. In fact, it’s the basis

of his MUTINY called Communism. Anyway, their MUTINY

will overwhelm us if we don't do something NOW!

White Nationalist must come up with DRASTIC measure to

lesser the effect this is having on the young. Failure to do

so will be A Greening of America scenario with no way

back...

The púca which is Gaelic for spirit, fae, ghost, pooka, phouka, phooka, phooca, puca

or púka is primarily a creature of Celtic folklore. Considered to be bringers both of

good and bad fortune, they could either help or hinder rural and marine

communities. The Púca can have dark fur or hair.

No fairy is more feared in Ireland than the dear ole pooka. This may be because it is

always out and about after nightfall, creating harm and mischief, and because it can

assume a variety of terrifying forms. The appearance in which the pooka is most

seen is that of a sleek dark horse, the horse has magnificent sulphurous yellow eyes

and a long wild mane. In this form, it roams large areas of countryside at night,

tearing down fences and gates, scattering livestock in terror, trampling crops and

generally doing damage around remote farms.

In parts of beloved County Laois, the pooka becomes a huge and hairy bogeyman

who terrifies those abroad at night; in Waterford and Wexford, it appears as an

eagle with a massive wingspan; and in Roscommon, as a black goat with curling

horns. The pooka takes on so many forms one never knows whether it really is a

pooka!

The mere sight of a pooka can prevent your hens laying their eggs or your cattle

giving you milk, and it is the curse of all late night travellers as it is known to swoop

them up on to its back and then throw them into muddy ditches or bog holes, this

always makes me laugh, I would wish a few people I know encountered a Pooka.

The pooka has the power of human speech, and it has been known to stop in front

of certain houses and call out the names of those it wants to take upon its midnight

dashes. If that person refuses, the pooka will vandalise their property because it is a

very vindictive fairy.

I’m sure many of us have come across someone similar to a Pooka in our lives,

especially its vindictive side.

I use vinegar, water, baking soda, coconut oil,

essential oils and many other things to help with

my daily cleaning and general life stuff. Life

moves so fast we are always on the go, so we do

not always have the time to make sure we have all

the cleaning supplies we need. Here are some very

helpful household tips using common household

items. Not only does this help us in a pinch, but it

saves money finding multiple uses for one item.

• If you are having trouble scrubbing that stubborn

burnt on mess out of a pan? I burned mine pretty

good only last night, so I filled the pan with water,

added a drop of dish soap and one tablespoon of

baking soda and let it soak for 15 minutes, the

alkaline in the baking soda helps break down the

mess so it takes less elbow grease to clean, it took

me only about 2-3 mins to then clean it after the

soaking time.

• If your kitchen sinks keeps getting clogged, you

should pour in ½ a cup of baking soda and ½ a

cup of vinegar. After an hour, pour one quart of

boiling water down the drain. The very bubbly

mixture will break up the entire clog and the

boiling water gets out the residue through the

pipes.

• Laundry day, but your out of fabric softener , ok

this rarely happens to me, I am a bit of a fabric

softener addict I just can’t kick the habit, in a

pinch if I do run out I add ½ a cup of apple cider

vinegar to the rinse cycle and the laundry comes

out soft.

• When you are cleaning out the bathroom or sink

the chrome fixtures are always tricky so here is an

easy fix: After you wash them, buff them out with

a dryer sheet, I don’t use drier sheets anymore, so

I keep about 5 in the house that I reuse over and

over, the waxy residue will repel water and oil

leaving the faucet sparkling longer, just don’t put

your mouth near the faucet.

• Static electricity on electronics makes dusting

annoying. Next time you dust use a dryer sheet to

wipe down the electronics. The anti-static from

the sheet will help ward off dust longer.

• If you like cooking fish, but the leftover smell in

the kitchen is less than desirable you can try this

tip, I recently gave up fish so no longer have that

stench in my kitchen. Use your slow cooker; fill it

up with 3 cups of water and 5 tablespoons of

baking soda. Turn on low for 2 hours. For an

added scent, use lemon slices and ginger in the

water too, lemon slices is definitely one of my

favourites for sure.

• Love spending a lovely evening outside, the next

day you discover you’re covered in bug bites. A

natural remedy: Rub a tad of virgin coconut oil on

the bite. The oil has anti-inflammatory and

immunity boosting properties that help stop the

itching and heal the sore faster. For on the go:

clean out an old lip gloss jar. Fill it with the oil

and keep with you while you’re out and about, I

use coconut oil for so much in our household, it is

a must have for the bathroom, bedroom and

kitchen!

Red Velvet Cake

Ingredients:

300g self-rising flour 300g caster sugar 225ml vegetable oil 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda 1 teaspoon white vinegar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 eggs 225ml buttermilk 3 or 4 tablespoons red food colouring

For the cream cheese frosting

225g cream cheese 110g butter, softened 450g icing sugar 1 or 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 60g chopped nuts (optional) Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Grease or line

three 20cm round cake tins. In a large bowl, mix together sugar, oil and eggs.

Add food colouring and vinegar to buttermilk. Add bicarbonate of soda to flour. Add flour mixture and buttermilk mixtures alternately to the sugar-egg mixture. Mix well. Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour mixture into prepared cake tins.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a knife comes out clean. Remove and cool on wire racks.

Mix together cream cheese, butter, icing sugar and 1 or 2 teaspoons vanilla. Spread frosting on top of each cake, layer them, and then cover the top with the remaining cream cheese icing. Scatter over chopped nuts.

Motherhood is a fortress of generations past, present and future.

After all, isn’t it women who bore the physical conditions of

childbirth? If not for the white women where would the proud

white men plant his seed? Our men have their measure of

obligations to fulfil and they do so with honour and pride. As

women, we have obligations to meet too and most do so with

the same type of revere.

Our communities are infested with diverse cultural practices.

Foreign manners are disclosed our children are being subjected

to this. In some schools, white children are forced to take

foreign language classes. Their heads are being filled with

debris from cultures other than their own. Perhaps if we could

look at these things as educational exercises then they might

have some merit, but they are not being used for educations

sake. They are being used to disassemble what our ancestors

worked so hard to put together.

We create our children with love. Let’s raise them with love.

They come into this world looking up to us – reaching out to us

for guidance and nurturing. We have the ability to share our

perceptions with our children and to teach them about faith,

order, security, strength, patience, labour, reason, and yes even

of struggle.

The most precious gift, though besides love that we can give to

our children is the gift of recognition. Recognition of whom and

what they are. We can teach them to recognize and to hold dear

the integrity of white existence.

Motherhood – A fortress of generations past, present and future.

As women…. as mothers, we can do our part to secure a

promising future for our folk..

How to Dry

Lavender!

I absolutely love and adore the smell of lavender drying around my house. It has such a soothing and calming effect, I just cannot

get enough of it!

You will need to begin harvesting your Lavender just prior to the flower buds fully opening and when they are a good vibrant colour. You can simply cut the stems, leaving

them long. Take small bunches of cut flowers and make into bundles. When I make dried

Lavender bundles I like to use rubber bands otherwise the dried Lavender stems shrink and fall out of the harvested

bundles. You will need to replace the rubber bands with

raffia you can buy in craft shops or sometimes a florist will sell it. Hang these upside

down for drying which will allow for air to reach all sides

and to prevent the flower tops from curling over. You use an

old coat hanger and clothespin several batches up for drying

at once. Place your drying

Lavender flowers in a cool dry spot, away from sunlight and check on their progress every few days. Also don't make the

flower bundle too fat or air will have trouble reaching the

middle. You want to dry Lavender blossoms on the

inside too.

Securing our existence in a corrupt world seems,

at times, pointless or even so hard that we lose

sight of the real reason why we must do so and

what the real purpose is. We forget the

fundamentals and think it is just about numbers.

That is not so. Mate selection and teaching morals

goes along with that. Multiculturalism is all

around us. Everywhere we look it subliminally

incorporated in everyday life. To teach our

children to spot the signs and reject them is one of

our duties as parents. Choosing a strong partner

that can help with this task is very important.

Producing elite offspring is our goal as members

of the superior race. To go along with mate

selection is genetic and work ethic selection.

Cognitive function goes hand and hand with these

qualities, as well. When choosing mates these

should all be factors one notices, and should play

vital roles.

Once we start to raise our families it is our duty as

parents to train our children to work diligently at

all projects they take on. Accepting tasks,

completing and mastering skills are very

important for their futures. We raise our children

to be the best Fathers, Mothers, Husbands, and

Wives they can possibly be. Providing for their

households how they see fit, as to the way they

were raised, will provide stability and also ensure

their children will learn the qualities you have

taught them.

Our children deserve a future in a country that

does not shun them for being white. They deserve

a chance to live free and have all the opportunities

these other races have. These other races get

college grants for being black, or Hispanic. Our

people don’t get any of that. We get discriminated

against. We get told we have “WHITE

PRIVILEGE”. Our children deserve to be treated

fairly. When we try to teach our children pride we

get accused of being racist, well, that is fine. We

should use the coined words as a guide line, if you

will, so that we can have something to stand on to

keep pushing forward to never give up and know

that our children and their children, our future of

PURE Beautiful White Aryan Children WILL be

Safe and Secure in this world. Because, that is

what we all are giving our lives to fight for.

Nothing to lose but everything to gain.

Henri Bloxham: Several factors involved:

Firstly - all members of the family must agree to traditional roles. Without the commitment of the woman in the

family it cannot be done. This alone is difficult due to the preconceptions instilled in our women Folk, by feminism,

that all traditional roles demean women. This was the primary goal of feminism. The role of mother and

"homemaker" is nearly reviled by a good portion of all women today and an unfortunately high percentage of Folkish

women are as well affected to some degree.

Secondly - the financial requirements in today's society demand 2 wage earners in most families; aside from the

upper middle class, but even then the families tend to overextend themselves financially and end up in debt; or with

extremely high monthly expenses and so again two wage earners are necessary. Expenses must be reduced to the

point that the family can survive with one wage earner. Homes must be paid off or sold and the equity used to

purchase a less expensive home outright. All debt must be eliminated and we must transition to a life that embraces

function over form. Focus must be on the utility of the item and not how attractive or trendy it is.

The biggest wastes of money today are either funding our enemies or bad for us - cable T.V.; each family having 4

cell phones with data; multiple new cars in the family, cigarettes, alcohol, recreational drugs, I Phones, vacations,

eating out etc. . . if they cannot be afforded with one wage earner - they should be the first to go.

Thirdly - A return to an agrarian lifestyle - away from the cultural Marxism rampant in our society. This will give our

daughters a chance to avoid the brainwashing that our generation and the last several have been subjected to.

Otherwise - it's only going to forestall the inevitable.

We must divorce the system and society that is killing us along with all of the psychological baggage it has weighed

us down with. This will likely be more difficult for the women Folk because most of the programming in our society is

directed at them and they have for the most part been convinced that the very programming that is ending their

race was created for their benefit (feminism has been portrayed as coming to the "rescue" of our women Folk -

therefore for them to abandon it may be perceived by them as not in their best interests.)

I'd love to listen to the show discussing this and even call in if that would be welcome. However I have no idea where

to listen. This is a subject that must be resolved if we are to have any hope of surviving as a race; and having been

raised by my father and currently a single father nearing 50 raising two sons alone; and one who has returned to an

agrarian lifestyle and for the most part divorced myself from the system; I believe I can offer unique insight from a

male perspective.

Dani Grey: I spend 90% of my time at work not because I want too but because I have no choice. Traditional values

fall upon all our folk but so many times women have to provide when their significant other and or child's father

wont and vice versa. It’s sad to see what people have become

Vex Steele: I have to say I think step one is having a complete family unit. Mommy, daddy and baby all together as a

unit. Not in separate homes and separate environments.

Stephen Landser: what’s even tougher apparently the younger generation is literally pushing white sharia as an

answer as well. Where is the focus on FAMILY? Women are needed MORE than ever in the movement yet we unable

to or unwilling to accept and EMBRACE that, sadly the fence sitters constitutionalist are figuring that out, women’s

numbers in groups such as the NRA are SOARING , so what’s is our PROBLEM?

Tilly WAU: Short answer is you can't, we are no longer hunters & gatherers. In this day and age, women have to

work and people have to work longer, so even if you are lucky enough to live around family, the good chance is that

the grandparents themselves are still in the work force trying to make ends meet.

Sure you can compromise & sacrifice; such as not living in that big house, not living in the best area and not filling

your life with worthless materialistic things and working shift work so one of you are always home with the children,

but long gone are the days when women can stay, look after children & home and just the men go to work.

Lotta UK: I have been thinking a lot lately that things have gotten so insane with feminists, 126 genders and liberals

in general that simply being of the same race, married and having children is cause for their hysteria. So that in itself

is a wonderful start.

Evelyn WAU: I think its imperative first and foremost that we strive for tradionalism but also note that lots of things

have changed for the nuclear family. I remember going on a tour to an old mining village and one day’s pay covered

a month’s rent, now it’s typically two weeks’ wages to pay your rent, so that means more money needs to be coming

into the household. I have had the privilege of both being a working wife and a stay at home wife, both suited me

well and I always made sure my home was clean and my husband was fed when I worked, when I was a stay at home

wife I done everything in the home, I took that as my responsibility so there was 99% of the time only home cooked

meals made from scratch I took great pride in this, scones and cookies baked weekly, mending clothes not done

great but done none the less, working on online projects etc.

The thing we must remember is tradition doesn’t mean subservience, it’s just not in my Keltic DNA to sit back and

let another person make the rules and guidelines for the home, I think both wife and husband should run the

household, even when I worked I still done most of the housework and that’s fine by me, but for other women it’s

not, there are husbands who do all the cooking and that’s awesome, I think people mistake tradition for archaic

behaviours, I think it’s important for your children to see Dad cook on a Saturday, to see Dad take the trash out, to

see Dad thank their wife for dinner, to see their Mother enjoy her life at home or at work, to see home time as

valuable time, home time should be spent on projects, outside going on nature walks, books, story time, cooking,

sewing, camping etc. watching a family movie etc. Times change and thankfully so in some aspects, not so great in

many others, you can be a working mother and still run a household on tradition and pride, you can still instil good

life skills for your children. Remember that tradition comes in many forms, kids like different things, but we must

remember that they are sponges that absorb a lot, whether you raise them with a partner or alone you are

responsible for what they learn at a young age, you show them how they treat others, to show them how to share,

you show them how to speak well, read well, to yearn for knowledge and to seek out the best in the world, there is a

lot of chaos and darkness in this world, but there is also an equal amount of good and light, so show them that, a

simple hour outside showing them trees, flowers, insects, climbing hills, chasing one another around outside, name

that tree, collect fallen leaves and make a collage. Be the good, instil values and your own traditions, when you are

older you will hear lots from them starting with, Remember when we used too……….
