` There are four characters in this story; Sniff and Scurry,and Hem and Haw, whom we might recognize as

ourselves when dealing with changes. Their actions

reflect how we might have reacted when faced with a

similar situation.

` Sniff and Scurry are two little mice with simple mind andthinking process. Their mission is to FIND cheese.

` Hem and Haw are little people, with complicated mind

and thinking process. Their mission is also to FIND

cheese.

Haw realized that change was necessary for him

to reach the cheese and to become happy onceagain.

` Haw & Hem got comfortable with Station C, and

so even after the cheese had gone, they were not

willing to move out of their comfort zone andsearch for new cheese.

Haw also realized that he might eventually die if

he remained in the empty room. At least now hemanaged to find small pieces of cheese here and

the to keep him alive.

There are times when Haw feels afraid, he worries

about what future holds in store for him, if hewasnt afraid he would adapt to change more

effectively. And he would be more welcoming

towards any change that comes his way

Haw & Hem earlier had not been paying attention

to the small changes that had been taking place

each day, they didnt notice that the cheese was

getting old and stinky, and failed to see that it was

reducing too. So its important that One actively

anticipates change so that one can adapt with the

change.

Once Haw got out of Station C in search of new

cheese, he couldnt find big pieces for too long, he

found little bits here and there. But he didnt giveup as he was optimistic that he will succeed in his

mission of finding the cheese. And he finally found

the new cheese Station N

Haw finally succeeded in his task of finding cheese

as he overcame his fear of failure and of gettinglost. Where as Hem was caught up with his fear

and didnt have a vision that would take him to his

CHEESE

In Our story, the Cheese motivated Haw to go insearch of it. One must keep looking for new

opportunities and welcome change as it comes.

Rewards always attract people, they induce

individuals to work hard to earn them..

Change is the essence of life, we live in aDYNAMIC environment, things are constantly

changing and we have to constantly make an

effort to adapt to the change and stay in sync or

we may be left behind with HEM without anycheese..
