Branding Guidelines

There is no organisation quite like Rotary. To ensure our communications capture our distinct character we need to use a unified voice in everything we do. By speaking, writing and designing in one voice, our communications will look, feel and sound unmistakably like Rotary, the world over.

Every club and district communication is an opportunity to influence how others see us.

This document contains guidance about the Rotary brand and how it should be used.

Templates for use in Microsoft Word are available on the Communications Committee page of the district website.

It is expected that all district committees will abide by these rules and where possible clubs will use the logo and template provided.

For publicity material, we can be more flexible with fonts and colours but we must be consistent with the use of the Rotary Brand.

The Mark of ExcellenceThe Masterbrand Signature

The official Rotary logo is the masterbrand signature, which should be used wherever possible. The mark of excellence should not appear alone but it can be used in proximity to the masterbrand signature and should be scaled up for greater impact.

or

District Logo

The quiet spacing around the masterbrand signature is critical, for more details refer to the RI Visual Identity Guidlines at www.rotary.org/myrotary/en/document/851.

To design your own club logo go to www.rotary.org/myrotary. Then log in, select Brand Centre and then Logos. There you will be able to create and download your logo.
