WHY 5S CERTIFICATION
The fifth S in the 5S methodology is Sustain. Sustain are all the activities performed to continuously improve a 5S area.
Goal for 5S Certification is to provide, support and engage all the employees that work in a 5S area, in the culture needed to continuously improve it, using an audit tool and a reward acknowledgement.
