ОСНОВНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ О СТРОИТЕЛЬСТВЕ

Этот проект - отдельностоящий дом, располагающийся на большом участке земли, в окружении остальных жилых зданий стремительно развивающегося, и постоянно увеличивающегося в населении районе Croydon. Местный совет одобрил снос старого здания и возведение нового многоквартирного дома на 9 квартир. Одна односпальная квартира, одна трехспальная, и 7 квартир с двумя спальными комнатами. Предложенный план так же включает в себя одно парковочное место для людей с ограниченными возможностями, и простым доступом в здание, согласно британским регуляциям. Квартиры, за исключением наземного этажа, имеют террасы. Огромный сад расположен на заднем дворе, со средней площадью в 28 м² для каждой квартиры. Так же, на заднем дворе планируется сооружение хранилища для велосипедов.
