We classify all our parts as oeM quality. this means that we source parts from manufacturers who specialize in the production of specific parts and supply these to diesel engine and separator manufacturers worldwide.

Strict procedures have been set up for incoming inspections. For each prod-uct, clear instructions are available for the inspection and rejection proceedings on incoming or returned goods. Clear procedures have also been set up for the preservation and stor-age in our warehouse. To benefit incoming inspec-tion, a metrological de-partment has been set up where product specific measurements and checks
are made. Our purchas-ing strategy is based on long standing partnerships with leading manufactur-ers therefore we can guar-antee consistent quality. Our purchasing policy is aimed at partnership with Western European manu-facturers. The quality man-agement system (QMS) of PK OEM Parts is certi-fied according to the ISO 9001:2008 standard. Yearly a notified body audits the QMS.

For every order the soft-ware program produces a pick list indicating where each part is located in the warehouse. Using this pick list, orders can be compiled in a fast, efficient and er-ror free way. To ensure that parts are delivered to the customer in good con-
dition, with careful atten-tion to the method of packing and the packaging itself. Customers’ specific packaging and packing re-quirements are recorded in our customer information system and automatically printed on the pick list.

Along with our high-quality oeM parts, we give a 12-month guarantee after delivery. this guarantee is valid when parts have been installed according to the manufacturer’s instructions and that the installation itself is run under normal operational conditions as given by the manufacturer.
In the eventuality of a guarantee issue, the parts concerned should be returned to PK OEM Parts for inspection. Once and when a guarantee claim is accepted, the parts will be then replaced free of charge. Should any consequential damage occur as the clear result of a defect in our parts, we are liable within the
terms of our third party liability insurance policy. In such a case a valid expert, assigned by our insurance company, will follow and investigate the matter fully. To carefully balance the interests of our customers and ourselves, all quotations, orders and contracts are subject to the Metaalunie conditions.
