Supply, installation and testing of suitablepumps and motor with related electricalcomponents including regulation andcontrol of complete system by SCADA,construction of pump houses, controlrooms, rising Dains, gravity mains, breakpressure tanks and all inline structuresincluding highway, all other roads,Railway lines: pipe line etc. with allclearances from the respective authoritiessupplying and fixing of miscellaneousaccessories of pump houses, rising mainsetc. construction of underground pipedmain canal and distribution network up to2.5 ha, chak for culturable command area

Construction of multiple outlets forindustrial anc domestic raw waterrequirements, construction of residentialand non residential buildings withapproach roads, internal roads at thepump house locations, preparation of allrelevant documents for constitution ofWater User Association of commandarea and all other miscellaneous worksrelated to entire system as directed byEngineer-In-charge during construction.Commissioning of the entire system andoperation and maintenance of completecommissioned system for 12 months.Power consumption (including all typesof power) in the whole system should notexceed 34.5 MW.

1. This Invitation of Tender is open to all Bidders, who are registered in A category under centralized

registration system with Engineer in Chief P.W.D. MP Bhopal and unregistered firm of repute.

2. Intending tenderers shall enroll online in the website www.mpeproc.gov.in .NIT can be viewed

at www.nvda.nic.in.

3. Tender Documents along with pre-qualification documents can be purchased online from

dt 30.08.2015 ,17.31 to dt.7.11.2015, 17:30 from website mpeproc.gov.in . For list of

payments accepted online, please see the "User Guide."

4. The Bid data should be filled and the Bid Seals (Hashes) of all the envelopes a d the

documents which are to be uploaded by the bidders should be submitted online between dt

30.08.2015 ,17.31 to dt.16.11.2015, 17:30 . The Contractors shall submit the pre-

qualification information in the prescribed proforma for assessment of eligibility in online

Envelope - 'B' with price bids in Form SBD in a separate online Envelope - 'C'.

5. The Bidders shall have to submit their Bids online (decrypt the bids and re-encrypt the bids) and

upload the relevant documents from 30.08.2015 17.31 to 16.11.2015 17:30. Documents

required to be submitted manually by the Bidders, if any (not applicable to price bid) should

reach the Office of ~he undersigned on 17.11.2015.10:30 to 18.11.2015,17.30. List of

Documents so submitted must be uploaded online.

6. Since, the bids for the tender are required to be digitally signed using Class III digital certificate

of the authorized representative of the firm, Contractors are advised to obtain the same at the

earliest. Further information on the same may be obtained from e-Procurement Cell, Room o.

A-427, Fourth Floor, Narmada Bhawan, Bhopal - 462 004.

7. Eamest Woney Deposit of Rs. 5000000/- (Rupees fifty Lakhs ) in the shape of Bank t3uarantee

from any Nationalized or Scheduled Bank (other than a Co-operative Bank) located in India or

F.D.R./S.T.D.R./Call Deposit Receipt issued by Nationalized / Scheduled Bank located in India

or Bank Draft of any Nationalized / Scheduled Bank located in India in favour of Executive

Engineer, Nannada Development Division No. 16 Kukshi District Dhar and duly

authenticated by the local branch of the issuing Bank, shall only be accepted.

8. The Earnest Money Deposit Envelope (Envelope - 'A') and Envelope - 'B' shall be opened

online between 19.11.2015,10:30 onwards in the presence of any intending contractors or their

representatives, if they choose to be present.

9. After assessment of eligibility of the tenderers by the competent authority on the basis of pre-

qualification documents submitted by the Contractors in Envelope - 'B, Envelope - 'C' (Price

Bid in Envelope - 'C') of only pre - qualified Contractors shall be opened online between

30.11.2015,10:30 onwards. The Start Date and Time and the End Date and Time of opening of

Price Bid envelope mentioned in the Tender schedule is tentative and subject to change. The

pre - qualified Contractors shall be intimated of the final date and time of opening separately.

11. Pre-bid meeting shall be held in the office of Chief Engineer, Lower Narmada Projects Indore

on 15.09.2015 at 3.00 pm. All prospective bidders may participate in the meeting for clarification

on 1echnical points.

12. In support of copies of Certificates / Documents in the pre - qualification documents submitted

by the Contractor, the Contractor / his representative have to submit the original Certificates /

Documents on 17.11.2015to 18.11.2015in office hours for verification to the Executive

Engineer, Narmada Development Division No. 16 Kukshi District Dhar

13. Financial bids of unregistered contractors will only be opened ,who have already registered

himself under centralized registration system with Engineer in Chief P.W.D. MP Bhopal, before

opening of price bid.

14. Conditional tender will not be accepted and liable to be rejected.

15. Narmada Valley Development Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tender

without assigning any reasons thereof.

16. NIT and Prequalification document can be viewed online on www.nvda.nic.in.

17.The bid shall be submitted in the same name and style as purchased online. In case of JV fresh
