Agricultural Land Adjustment Law
The Regulations concerning the Operation ofAgricultural Land Adjustment Law (Ministry ofAgriculture and Forestry Ordinance No. 4 of 1946)shall be partially amended as follows :
In Article 24 paragraph 2, "paragraph 2" shall bedeleted and the following paragraph shall be insertedafter paragraph 1 of the same Article :
Either the certificate of the proposal for res-ignation of the status of public servant or thecertificate or the written explanation to the effect
- that the public servant may be a candidate in hisstatus of public servant, either of which shallaccompany the report in writing mentionedin the preceding paragraph, shall be pre-pared in accordance with the Forms No. 20 andNo. 21 accompanying the Regulations concerningthe Operation of the Public Offices Election Law.Article 30 shall be amended as follows :
Article 30. The provisions of Article 6 to Article10 inclusive and of Article 13 of the Public OfficesElection Law, shall apply mutatis mutandis to theelection of members on the City, Town or VillageAgricultural Land Commission and to that ofmembers on the To, Do, Fuor Prefecture Agri-cultural Land Commission.Of the forms prescribed in the Annex, "paragraph
2" shall be deleted from the title of "Certificatewhich shall accompany Report in Writing on Candi-
date to the Membership, prescribed in Article 26paragraph 2 of Ordinance concerning the Operationof Agricultural Land Adjustment Law (inclusive ofthe case whereto apply mutatis mutandis to the sameprovisions under Article 31 of the same Ordinance).'*
