Article 30 shall be amended as follows : Article 30. The provisions of Article 6 to Article 10 inclusive and of Article 13 of the Public Offices Election Law, shall apply mutatis mutandis to the election of members on the City, Town or Village Agricultural Land Commission and to that of members on the To, Do, Fuor Prefecture Agri- cultural Land Commission.
