2. In the case of an application for the granting
of the Treasury 's share of the business expenses
of an agricultural mutual insurance association,
papers stating such planted areas of paddy rice,
wheat and its kinds, mulberry, and other food
crops designated by the Cabinet Order in accor-
dance with the provisions of Art. 84, Par. 1, Item
1 of the Compensation against Agricultural I/jss
Law as have been insured by the association, the
number of livestock as are qualified for the insu-
rance, and the number of livestock as have been
insured by the association-
Art. 4. A person who has received the Treasury's share
of the business expenses shall present a statement

3. If the grant has been mede in contravention of
the conditions of granting of the Treasury's share
of the business expenses.
Art. 6. The papers which are presented by agricultural
mutual insurance associationsto the Minister of
Agriculture and Forestry in accordance with the
present Regulations shall pass through the com-
;. petent prefectural governor.
Supplementary Provisions:
The present Ordinance shall be applied as from thefiscalyear 1947.
In Art. 3, "April 30" shall be substituted by "Jan-

Organizations
Art. 1. The Treasury's share of the business expenses Art. 5. In case any person who has received the Trea-of agricultural mutual aid organizations as provided
in Art. 2 of the Enforcement Ordinance for the Com-
pensation against Agricultural Loss Law in accor-
dance with the provisions of Art. 14 of the said Law
shall be granted in accordance with the provisions
of the present Regulations.
Art. 2. The Treasury's share of the business expenses
of an agricultural mutual aid association which is to
be granted ultimately to the said association shall be
firstgranted based on the amount of money stated
in Item 1 to the prefecture or the agricultural mutual
insurance association for the subsidy of the said pre-
fecture or the said insurance association, and the
Treasury's share of the business expenses of an
agriculturalmutual insurance association shall be
granted based on the amount of money stated in
Item 2 of the said association.
1. The standard amount of the business expenses of
an agriculturalmutual aid associationas fixed by
the budget for each fiscalyear.
2. The standard amount of the business expenses
of the head and branch offices.of an agricultural
mutural insurance associationas fixed by the bud-
get for each fiscalyear.
In case there exists a special reason, the Mi-
nister of Agriculture and Forestry may deliver the
grant provided in the preceding paragraph, through

1. In the case of an application for the granting

and the rough estimates of necessary expenses;

The Building and Repairs Division shall be in
charge of business mentioned in Item 2, Art. 9 of
the Law concerning the Establishment of the Con-
struction Board.
The Divisions have their respective Chiefs, who
shall manage business of the Division under the
direction of the Director of the Bureau.
Art. 38. The Supervision Division shall consist of four
Sections the Supervision First Section, the Super-
vision Second Section, the Supervision Third Sec-
tion and the Supervision Fourth Section
Art. 39. The Supervision First Section shall be in char-
ge of the following business:
1. Affairs concerning the liiison and adjustment of
business of the Bureau.
2. Affairs concerning the budget and administration
of the Division
3. Affairs concerning the planning and adjustment
of technical supervision and inspection of constru-
ction works and installation works as required by
the Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers.
4. Affairs concerning the liaison business with the
Allied Forces.
5. Affairs concerning the Special Construction

6. Affairsnot belonging to the other Sections.
Art. 40. The Supervision Second Section shall be in
charge of business concerning the technical super-
vision and inspection of building works.
Art. 41. The Supervision Third Section shall be in
charge of business concerning the technical super-
vision and inspection of public works.

5. Affairs not belonging to the other Sections.
Art. 45. The Building and Repairs Second Section shall
be in charge of the following business :
1. Affairs concerning the mapping-up and adjust-
ment of building and repair plans.
2. Affair concerning the basis and standard of buil-ding and repairs.
3. Affairs concerning the calculation of cost ofworks.
4. Affairs concerning the liaison and synthesis of
plans.
Art. 4.6. The Building and Repairs Third Section shall
be in charge of business concerning the disigning
and supervision of construction works of buildings
belonging to the Cabinet, Prime Minister Office, Na-
tional Diet, Board of Audit, Ministry of Finance,
Ministry of Education and Ministry of Weltare.
Art. 47. The Building and Repairs Fourth Section snail
be in charge of business concerning the disigning
and supervision of construction works of buildings
belonging to the Ministries and the Boards notmentioned in the preceding Article.
Art. 48. Tne Building and Repairs Fifth Section shall
be in charge of business concerning the disigning and
supervision of public works and installation worksannexed to construction worics.
