The date of the enforcement of the Mine Safety Law shall be August 12, 1949. (Amendments to the Enforcement Regulations cf the Fire Arms and Explosives Control Law) Article 2, Part of the Enforcement Regulations of the Fire Arms and Explosives Control Law (Imperial Ordinance No. 16 of 1911) shall be amended as follows: The following one paragraph shall be added as paragraph 2 to Aritcle 50: ,Delivery, stocking, temporary storage, transportation and use of explosives in mines under the provisions of the Mine Safety Law, among the matters mentioned in items 1 and 3 of the preceding paragraph, shall bs in accordance with requirements provided for by orders under the said Law. the Mine Safety LawFor the purpose of enforcing Mine Safety Law

(Law No. 70 of 1949), in accordance with thesaid Law and other Laws relating thereto, theCabinet establishes this Cabinet Order,

Mine Safety Law shall be August 12, 1949.(Amendments to the Enforcement Regulations

cf the Fire Arms and Explosives ControlLaw)

Article 2, Part of the Enforcement Regulationsof the Fire Arms and Explosives Control Law(Imperial Ordinance No. 16 of 1911) shall beamended as follows:

The following one paragraph shall be addedas paragraph 2 to Aritcle 50:

,Delivery, stocking, temporary storage,transportation and use of explosives inmines under the provisions of the MineSafety Law, among the matters mentionedin items 1 and 3 of the preceding paragraph,shall bs in accordance with requirementsprovided for by orders under the said Law.
