METAS is an installation:– In METAS are included most of the DLR (Institute of Solar Research) and

CIEMAT (Solar Radiation Group) equipment related to solar radiation assessment.

Depending on the atmospheric conditions the reflected radiation is attenuated noticeably on its way to the tower. Influence on output and design of tower plants (field size)
