Public Company ServicesWeaver has a successful public company practice comprised of professionals with
years of experience serving public companies with a wide variety of public and
private capital transactions. Our practice currently consists of accelerated filers
requiring audits of internal controls over financial reporting, as well as several clients
that have elected to be audited in accordance with PCAOB auditing standards, with
the anticipation of completing a registration filing at a future date. We also provide
many public companies with advisory services (including SOX readiness and business
process improvement), IT and transaction advisory services.
Our team consists of many people that have Big Four firm backgrounds with
extensive IPO and public financial reporting experience. We are actively involved
in key professional organizations and remain up-to-date with the SEC, PCAOB and
other regulatory bodies. This understanding, combined with our focus on timely issue
