We work to accomplish this through 3 main events: reFRESH is all about a personal experience with God, the Y/A Summer Campout is a relationship building event and #TheHumanRight is all about taking the message of Jesus out on the streets. We believe that these events can give the Y/A’s at your church a basis to live powerful God �lled lives!
We will be using Synergy as a place to build Y/A leaders and o�er advice on starting a group at your church.

Catalyst Day Catalyst Day is an interactive event for pastors, board members, and advisory committee members. The day includes practical teaching and idea sharing, along with helps on current issues and concerns.
Intentional Interim Ministry Training
More than simply filling the pulpit, intentional interim ministry places trained pastors in churches to care for ministry needs and encourage a healthy transition. In this one day training, credentialed pastors with a heart for interim ministry are given tools to successfully guide a church through the critical transition season.

network can more effectively identify, develop, and release leaders and accelerate the starting of new churches.
Leverage Roundtable Leverage is a gathering for entrepreneurial pastors and apostolic leaders-those who are helping to identify, develop, and release new pastors and start new churches.
Multiplication Centers The purpose of these gatherings is to connect people who are interested in multiplying leaders and churches to fulfill the Great Commission. Planters, pastors, entrepreneurial leaders, and others who are advocates of churches planting churches as well as those who are simply partnering in that process come together to sharpen and encourage one another.

Student MinistriesAdvance Conference Advance is a leadership conference for students. This event is designed to move students forward in their
gifts, talents, and leadership potential so they can be all that Jesus has called them to be. Advance Conference will included the Fine Arts Festival, challenging services, and Speed the Light (missions) emphasis.
CAST CAST (Chi Alpha Student Training) is hands on, practical, relational and fun training for incoming freshmen and sophomores in college, equipping students to reach and lead.
Fall Breakaway Fall Breakaway is an annual Chi Alpha retreat for all students ages 17-24 focused on being prepared to encounter their culture with a clear representation of Jesus.

Teen Girl Conference The Teen Girl Conference is more than an event; it provides encouragement, support, tools for growth, worship experiences, and bonding within our Ohio teen girls. With so much negativity in our society, and 90% of teen girls struggling with self-image and purpose, we are intentional to address these areas in fresh and new ways. We believe that as your teen girls attend this yearly event, that hearts and lives will be changed and inspired to live, love, and be loved for [and by] our Heavenly Father.
