• Electronic signature is available to sign lease documents within packets

• Multiple packet options are available to customize to your business processes

FORM SETUP – THE WHO AND THE WHERE

• There are two options when defining the signatures for a form:

• Automatic placement at the end of the form

• Specific locations within a form

• Select which household status need to sign each form

• This can vary by form


FORM SETUP – THE WHO AND THE WHERE

• For automatic placement at the end of the form, no further action is necessary once the roles of who needs to sign have been selected

• This is the only option available for Blue Moon forms

• For specific locations within a form, more customization will be needed

• Forms are customized once at a template level at the PMC

• Anchor tags are placed in the Word document to let DocuSign know the “who and the where” for each location

• Tags are simple, unique text strings that allow for form to be dynamic

• Option to set e-signature initial – will place an initial tag at the bottom of every page on every Custom and Blue Moon form at one time except last page when there is no initial tags found in the document

• You will be able to see all the household types, both custom and seeded with detail if it is being used on a form



• Select the desired tag and it will copy to your clipboard



• Paste the tag directly into the Word document for the desired signature, initial or checkbox

• Format the text to white font so it isn’t visible to signers

• Complete same process for all signers

• Save it back to Document Management
