Write down and save your application ID that appears on the top right corner of this page. You will need it to access you application at a later time once it has been saved.
Personal Information 1 page Enter your personal information including variations of your name that you have used in the past. You may get additional questions depending on your answers on this page.
Personal Information 2 page Continuation of your personal information including aspects of your nationality. Additional fields may be triggered if you have more than one nationality.
Travel Information pageProvide details about the purpose of your trip and travel plans.
Travel Companions Information page Provide information about travel companions if applicable.
Previous U.S. Travel Information page Provide information about previous travel to the U.S. Additional questions may be triggered depending on your answers on this page.

Passport Information page
U.S. Point of Contact Information page Your U.S. Point of Contact can be any individual in the U.S. who knows you and can verify your identity. If you don't know anyone in the United States, you should mark the box "Do not know".

Family Information: Spouse pageThis page will be displayed for all applicants who selected ‘Married’ on the ‘Personal Information 1’ page.
Present Work/Education/Traning Information page Enter information about your current employer or school, if you are a student.

Additional Work/Education/Traning Information pageAnswer the Yes/No questions below. Additional boxes may appear depending on your answers.
Security and Background InformationThe security and background information section is comprised of five different parts. All parts must be completed. Additional questions may be triggered depending on your answers.
Upload PhotoYou have the option of uploading your visa photo to the application. This is not required but it can speed up check in at your visa interview.

Upload Photo Photo Quality If you upload a photo, the system will tell you if the file meets quality standards or if you need to upload a different photo.
Upload Photo continue After a photo is successfully uploaded, or if you elect not to upload a photo, the system will allow you to select the Next: Review button at the bottom of the page.
ReviewBefore you submit your application, you will have the opportunity to review and edit your answers in all sections of the Online Visa Application DS-160.
Location InformationNext, you will select the location of the embassy or consulate where you will submit your application.
Sign and Submit page Once you sign and submit your application you will not be able to make changes.
Confirmation page You must print this page and bring it with you to your visa interview. You will not be able to enter the embassy or consulate on the day of your interview without this document.
