Slideshare Review
Hello and welcome to my SlideShareReview.
This is a very powerful tool that a lot of
people might not know about or also
skip over completely. It is a component
that you can add to your armory when
ranking your content in the search
engines.
It is one of those things. You either go
all out and get the tools that you need
or you skimp out and suffer for it. As of
October 2014, tools like Slideshare are
actually getting less effective for
promoting your websites and blogs
though. Let’s get in and dig a bit deeper
into what Slideshare is and why use it.
So why is a tool like this so good?
Slideshare is an article marketing tool.
You can basically publish your content
on high authority websites like
slideshare and enjoy the benefits of
their respect with Google. It is like that
with search engines. For example when
this blog of mine was really new, I was
posting heaps and heaps of great
content but it took a while for me to get
noticed. It took up to a few months. It is
fair enough though really isn’t it, like
You really can post content to this site
and rank quicker than with your own
blog.
That is the main reason to use this
service. I always study and give people
access to the good tools I use, hence
this slideshare review!
As I said above, article marketing and
the like is a practice that isn’t as good as
it used to be. SEO is just like that, once
everyone starts doing one thing, it
becomes less effective. So you really
need to get out there and stretch your
imagination. You can use Slideshare
but it will only be effective if you take
the time to use it properly.
So let’s go over exactly how you use it
and get results!

SlideShare Review: How does it
work?
I find SlideShare fairly simple to use
BUT your content has to be of a good
standard. I found this out a few years
ago early on in my Internet Marketing
career.
I used to have articles that were mainly
promotional and they weren’t based
around a topic. This meant that they
couldn’t be marketed on sites like this
much.
They simply weren’t accepted. That’s
the first point I want to make in this
SlideShare review
So here are some steps to using
Slideshare:
1. Login or make an account if you don’t have
one already. This won’t take you long at all(compared to some other tools).
2. Get in and set your profile up properly. Thisis important. You want to set a good tonewith it though. Don’t be too full of hype andmake up big stories. Just be yourself and puta picture up and some stuff about yourself.
3. Once your profile is finished you are readyto upload your first slide. REMEMBER, this isa really powerful tool so your content has tobe good and it will get found in the searchengines before your website does, especiallyif its new.
4. I use a tool like zinepal to convert my blogposts into a pdf which can then be easilyuploaded to Slideshare.
5. MOST important part of this SlideSharereview: Once the pdf uploads, fill in theinformation below it VERY carefully.The title,about and keyword part will determine ifyou get found on search engines or not.Therefore, fill it in as best you can and don’tinclude any spam comments etc.
6. You can now share on social media and sitback and see how many views you getstraight away. As for the search engines, youmight have to wait 2 weeks or more beforethe slide is indexed.
7. This is only one Article marketing tool youcan use but a very powerful one!
SlideShare is the be all and end
all?!
Don’t worry if you don’t promote your
content at all on sites like Slideshare,
Hubpages and so on. You can do quite
well without them. It was once a really
good way of gaining attention to your
business before sites like Google really
respected your own personal domain. I
personally have a goal to get my Blog
ranked under 10 000 in the world. It is a
fairly big goal but achievable.
If you really are serious about making a
lot of money on the Internet. why not
get in and get started. I struggled for
quite a while online before I just found
a system that works for me. It is like
anything, it is all easy when you know
how. The trick with websites, SEO and
so on is to stay regularly updated. You
also have to be good. You don’t like
reading crap content online right? Well
get out there and make sure your
content is as good as possible too.
This Slideshare review just goes over a
very small area that you can use for
online promotion. There are a lot of
different ways to get attention to your
business and grow it quickly online.
Why not get out there and just get
started! I used to be one of those guys
who would just sit around and
complain about how bad my life was. I
