OPCVM360 is part of the FINANCE Web Working Group

with two core activities : DATA PROVIDER and CONTENT/MEDIA EDITOR.

Our goal is to democratize the financial information while making it available via internet,

allowing us to approach a very professional and qualified public.

While the UCITS are the most used support by the general public, the opacity around

the asset class information is still very present.

Internet has allowed the financial information to be broadly webcast, provoking a

major restructuring in the financial market.

However the UCITS related information is still scattered, non-structured and hardly

accessible to the general public. This lack of transparency prevents new actors from

coming out and therefore benefiting only the current players of the market.

The need to gather, structure and webcast a quality-related information with a real-

added value for the final investor was identified by the founder of OPCVM360. He

decided to fill this gap with the set up of his company.

OUR GOAL

OPCVM360 offers a user licence of its financial-owned database to the financial

intermediaries. The whole UCITS world is covered such as Mutual Funds, Unit Trusts,

ETF and SCPI as well the actors’ profile : the Asset Management companies, the Asset

Managers and the Financial professionals.

Our goal is to deliver affordable, reliable and easy to use solutions to give our

customers a competitive edge.

The data solutions enable multiple applications to be applied such as competition

analysis, user-friendly documents for investors, widgets or raw data to complete the

content of websites and mobile applications.

Qualitative database :The Net Asset Values and the UCITS inventories are collected directly from the Asset

Management companies and appraisers. The data is checked at every level of entry. The

Asset Management companies have a permanent access to all the information via an

administrator interface in order to control and update it when and if required. Therefore

the inaccuracy is very limited.

Standardised database :We use the European classification developed by the EFAMA as well as the European

Exchange standard promoted by the FundXML Association. By doing so, we offer the

European investors a very large scope of financial information to be compared with and

we facilitate the exchanges between financial intermediaries.

Latest generation database :We provide the whole intermediaries with the latest generation technologies such as API

REST format JSON/XML. Thanks to this technology, we are currently the only ones on the

market able to supply real-time information to databases and new communication

networks such as mobile applications.

Since the beginning of the project, OPCVM360 works with

international standards

• THE European Standard of Categories developed by the

EFAMA : the European Fund Classification was created

in order to facilitate the comparison between funds

from all the European Countries. OPCVM360 has decided

to use the standardization of European categorization of

funds.

DATA SOLUTION

OPCVM 360 offers the Data Solution, a service for financial institutions,

independent research analysts, banking back offices, financial medias services,

data Vendors, software engineering companies, professional and private investors.

Our solution allows you to quickly and securely access a UCITS data flow. It

allows you to receive standard data from all asset managers with a unique

standardized flow or to select the data wanted only.

No development is required to add extra funds or to amend any data on the funds.

The access to our data is done via our API, email or by FTP.

THE OWNERS OF OPCVM360

OPCVM360 belongs to the FINANCE Web Working group. This French company based in

Paris has two core activities : DATA PROVIDER and CONTENT/MEDIA EDITOR.

Finance Web Working was set up by Jean-Baptiste Sicard, Asset manager at JCL Finance,

an Asset Management company accredited by the French regulator AMF.

The OPCVM360 project started in 2009 when its founder decided to democratize the

UCITS information via internet by gathering it and making it all available in one place.

Before that, this type of information was scattered, non-structured and only accessible

to professionals of this specific market.

All associates of the group are professionals with a solid background in either finance or

IT and with more than 20 years of experience in the Private equity and Wealth

Management markets.

Thanks to these skills, OPCVM360 has managed to create a complete UCITS solution, not

only from the UCITS management side but also from the users’ one. Indeed OPCVM360

offers a unique solution by proposing an easy and ready-to-use tool for both private and

institutional investors as well as Asset Management companies.
