To propose a new module, click on “Curriculum approval process (Proposer)”. Note that the number of links you see will depend on your roles within the curriculum approval process.
• Upon clicking the link you will be directed to a basic information page. Read the information, then click “PROCEED” to continue.
• You will then go through pages asking questions about your proposed new module. You have to answer all mandatory questions – finishing with (required) – before being able to submit your proposal.
At this point your proposal is recorded in the system with a unique identifier. From this point on, you can log out of the system and return to your proposal at a later time.
Click CONTINUE.
Moving between the pages in your proposal
• You can move from page to page as you prefer. You do not need to follow the order of the pages or to complete a page before moving to another one. SAVE your data before moving to a different page as they will not be saved automatically.
• Do not use the back, forward, refresh browser buttons.

a). Use the menu under Proposal pages or b). Click on “View” from the overview page

• Please make sure that you SAVE your changes before clicking on any other buttons.

Enter data then click “ADD”*
*Same principle applies for the staffing section.

Tips
• Assessment type field is a key field and thus is not editable. You will need to delete a record and create a new one if you need to change the assessment type.
• Total assessment breakdown and re-assessment (when applicable) breakdown must be 100%. Click “Check Totals” to validate your data.
• Total of the assessment structure must be 100%.
• Total of the re-assessment structure (when applicable) must be 100%.
