It's a picture of a guy jumping off a building and looking happy about it. The joke being that he was happy that he hadn't already fallen off the building; it's about the folly of optimism and optimists.  Still having humor in his eyes he says, At least I didn't fall off yesterdaaaaaa. And that the whole point. An optimist always sees the best in every situation no matter what the circumstances are.

Optimist & PessimistWhat’s the difference?
