1. Up-gradation of 10 middle schools to High level;
2. Up-gradation of 25 primary schools to middle level;
3. Infrastructure improvement and provision of missing facilities in 305 primary schools of which 105 will have ECE centres;
4. Teachers training (about 5000);
5. Capacity building of PTSMCs and development of SEPs in target schools;
6. Introduction of formative assessment methods in all target schools;
7. Development & implementation of sports/extra curricular activities & Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) activities;
8. Strengthening of provincial planning systems & establishment of monitoring cells;
9. Research based support to improve education expenditure & utilization
