WHO we are

OTL Technologies specialise in the design and manufacture of licensed

audio accessories and consumer electronics.

We hold licenses for iconic brands such as One Direction, DC Comics,

Hello Kitty, Peppa Pig, Mr. Men and SpongeBob Squarepants and we

deliver inspired ranges of product across various sectors and market

places. We also supply some of the largest high street retailers with both

our current ranges and made-to-order products to keep in step with ever

changing trends.

Our London-based team is led by Chris Malone, Sales Director, who has

over 25 years of industry experience. We also have an office in Shenzhen,

China, which controls production and oversees quality. We work with

the world’s leading testing organisations to ensure that our products

conform to EU safety regulations and import legislation.

MADE-TO-ORDER

Our design expertise, together with our knowledge of dealing with manufacturing and import processes, enables

us to range exclusive product and capsule collections for our growing made to order customer base. We do this in

one of three ways:

Licensed Product: We are able to offer exclusive designs, colour options and themes specific for the customer’s

needs. We work closely with our licensors to ensure a smooth and swift progression through the approval process

required to make such iconic and recognisable product.

Our iconic Kitty Sport range for SS13 - The mini collection included both essentials and junior headphones styles and

was designed exclusively for Sports Direct.

Customer Own-Label: Working closely with the client and their existing branding guidelines we conceive fresh

designs, generate professional artwork and mood boards for review whilst always maintaining brand integrity. We

are familiar with in-house procedures and requirements, for instance the provision of photographic samples, Gold

Seal samples and additional testing reports.

Our Amplified collection produced exclusively for Debenhams. - The AW13 range was designed in-house allowing

us to offer a unique range with bespoke packaging solutions.

OTL Own-Label: We have several OTL-owned labels which can be used to brand product for our customers. This is

particularly useful when needing to get product to market quickly as we follow our own existing style and branding

guidelines. It also cuts through red tape associated with approval procedures.

Our range of neon ‘Note’ earphones designed exclusively for AW13 under our OTL Tech label.

in this field and is exclusive to our product.

• Experience enables us to design and provide retailers with the best

packaging solution. Our products are visual, touchable yet secure in

their packaging.

• Free-standing display units and counter top displays may be supplied at

an additional cost (conditions apply).

PRODUCT TESTING To conform to EU regulations on product safety and conformity we use world leading product testing companies like SGS, Intertek and Bureau Veritas to test all our products before they enter retail channels.

This rigorous testing ensures we meet the exacting standards that are demanded by the world’s leading retailers and brands thus ensuring peace of mind and the comfort of knowing that the customer is buying a fully compliant and quality product.

Our products conform to:

1. ROHS 2 The Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive 2002/95/EC

2. CE (Conformité Européenne)

3. PHTHALATES (testing Eu Directive 2005/83 EC

4. REACH Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals

If the product is aimed at children then we carry out the following tests:

1. Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs) 2. Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)
