Dear Parishioners, Please join me in congratulating the children who made their First Holy Communion these past two Saturdays at Our Lady of Grace Church. This is one of the holiest and most important event in their spiritual journey as they now are welcome to join us at the Table of the Lord. Please remember to include them in your prayers as they grow in their Faith. If you have not had the chance to join Flocknotes, I encourage you to do so. It is a great way for us to communicate important information to parishioners, parish groups and committees. Simply text OLGHB to 84576. You will then receive a link to complete your sign-up via text or email. It’s that simple! I know some of you may feel uncomfortable using technology, but I urge you to give it a try. You are also able to make your parish donations online. Go to our parish website (olghb.org) and on the right-hand side of the Home page, you will see “CLICK HERE to Give Online.” After clicking on to that link, just complete the information required. You are able to make one-time donations, or weekly donations. You can also use the app “ConnectNow Giving” with your Apple or Adndroid Smartphones. Technology has changed over time but our Faith is ageless because it is based on Truth. However, technology can help to support our Faith by spreading the Good News and by improving communications with each other. If you have any questions about Flocknotes or Online Giving, please speak with me or Deacon Alex. Yours in Christ,
Fr. Mark Swartvagher

“The person who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and the person who sows generously
will also reap generously. Each person should do as he has decided in his heart - not out of regret or out of necessity, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to make every grace
overflow in you, so that in every way, always having everything you need, you may excel in every good work.” ...2 Corinthians 9:6-8

Prayer for Priests
Lord Jesus,
You have chosen your priests from among us
and sent them out to proclaim Your Word
and act in Your Name.
Fill them with the fire of Your Love
that in difficult moments they might not despair
nor become despondent,
but with great confidence
submit themselves to Your Holy Will,
which is love and mercy itself.
Amen.
