We believe we can create a better experience and have less Masses (remember, we only have 1 priest this month). 10am Sunday Mass will be the regular Livestream with music for those who prefer to worship at home. We will also have 2 Parking Lot Masses with Fr. Gregg joining you outside using speakers for sound! Just role down your windows to hear. These will be at 4:00pm on Saturday and 8:00am on Sunday. These Parking Lot Masses will be shorter (40 minutes) and simplified with no music. Distribution of Holy Communion will happen in your car at the end of Mass. We ask that you park in every other space for distancing and wear a mask during distribution of Holy Communion. Parking will be first come, first served. Please bring hand sanitizer if you have it. If we have to cancel because of rain we will send a flocknote. If you have already attended Holy Mass this past week, we ask that you allow others to attend this weekend. The donation drive exceeded all expectations. We filled a Catholic Charities van and pick-up truck with many needed supplies and also collected over $1,000 cash for the Guadalupe Shelter. Special thanks to Scott Pigg for packing his pick-up truck with supplies, driving to the mission and then helping the staff unload the emergency supplies.
We had several enthusiastic (yet masked) volunteers making signs, collecting bags from cars, sorting supplies at the front of the church and loading the van and pick-up truck. Thank you to our volunteers: Mikayla Hraban, Cassidy Hraban, Nicole Hraban, Daniel Kohl, Katie Zrubek and Joseph Zrubek.
