Report Customization is – Customizing the report formats of the existing reports or adding new reports ( that does not exist in Tally9)

For e.g. Tally gives you a report of ‘Pending Purchase Order’ which is shown - Item-wise by default. With Customization, we can add the same report but shown as ‘Supplier-wise – Pending Purchase Orders’

Work-flow customization is nothing but setting-up your own ‘Rules’ in the Work-flow.

For e.g. you can set a rules such as;•No G.R.N. allowed, if not matching with P.O. •No Purchase Bill entered of Rates are not matching with P.O. rates.•All the above transaction passed with ‘Authority’ Login but not accepted with ‘User’ login.

No Outward Material Allowed if the Stock is becoming ‘Negative’

If your Q.C. procedure is linked on-line with material receipts, you can enter material – Accepted / Rejected details in G.R.N.For Rejected material, you can either raise a ‘Rejection Note’ or ‘Debit Note’ or ‘Rejection Invoice’ depending on your procedures.This can be an automatic procedure to generate ‘Rejection Invoice’ for the rejected material In some case ‘reworking’ may be added back in the main stock.

Issue Slip can be generated when the material is issued for production.Bill of Material can be defined for any finished / semi-finished productsThere can be Multiple BOMs for the same F.G. depending on the design. If the design changes, BOM will be changed. The user will have to select the ‘Design No.’ so that the appropriate BOM can be selected. Production Note can be entered on-line as per the production lot.There can be a single-level / Multiple level Production process till Finished Goods are produced.

Sales Orders can be booked against which we can show Dispatched happened.The Dispatch of the Material can be done through Excise Invoice / Commercial Invoice / Export Invoice or only through Delivery Challan. The same can be linked against Sales OrderThe same can be linked against Sales Order booked or the Schedule of an Open-order.In case of Delivery Challan, the Invoices can be linked against D.C. in the combination of One to many or many to one.

For Project based Manufacturing, an important feature is provided for ‘Tracking’ the transactions related to any specific project.

All The P.O’s, G.R.N.s , Purchase Bills, Issue Notes, Production Notes, Form 4(5) can be tracked against any Sales Order / Work Order Number.

You can get a list of all transactions for any Work Order / Sales Order. This helps to derive the Material / Man-hours Costing for a Project/ Order.

It also considers the P.O.s already placed for the R.M. & reduces the requirement by that quantity
