The beauty of the island, the breadth of its world-class amenities, the strong sense of community, and its close proximity to Charleston continually reaffirm that we made the absolute right choice. Once we saw the townhomes in Salt Marsh, the decision was an easy one.
We’ve vacationed throughout the Charleston area, including Isle of Palm, Kiawah Island, Hilton Head, and Mt. Pleasant for a dozen years. Each location mentioned had its own charm, but Seabrook and Salt Marsh ended up being our choice to retire for many reasons.
Our family has been vacationing on Kiawah for the last ten years. A friend had recently bought a place in the Salt Marsh community and suggested we take a look at Seabrook. We were blown away by the amenities that Seabrook had to offer. Our impression of Kiawah was that it’s a beautiful place but resort driven, while Seabrook felt more like a community.
My wife and I recently bought a property in Salt Marsh and we are so proud of our new home. The Salt Marsh construction manager, Bill Bendell, was upfront, honest, reliable...I want to thank you for bringing our dreams to fruition.
We are full-time residents of Salt Marsh. We’ve lived here for three years...The quality of our home and the continued care of the community by the Salt Marsh management team have proven that we made the best decision possible.
