EN ISO 2503All our pressure reducers are built in compliance with the Standard EN ISO

2503 that provides:

-relief valve

-obligatory marking

-gauges according to the Standard EN 562

-unremovable pressure adjusting knob.

If even one of the above mentioned conditions is not observed, then the

pressure reducer will not be in compliance with the Standard anymore.

1. RELIEF VALVE The relief valve for the overpressures (standard in all models) guarantees the

highest reliability and is tested during the assembling phase to ensure the

conformity of the vent.

2. OBLIGATORY MARKINGThe Standard EN ISO 2503 provides the following obligatory markings :

-name or trade mark of the manufacturer and/or distributor

-pressure reducer class -K-

-rated inlet pressure, -p1-, specified by the manufacturer

-gas intended for use

It is important to read the marking carefully because through this

you can distinguish an original from a counterfeit product.

3. GAUGESThe assembled gauges fitted on our pressure reducers are built according to

the Standard ISO 5171 (EN562) and are marked accordingly.

4. UNREMOVABLE PRESSURE ADJUSTING KNOBOur pressure reducers are provided with an unremovable adjusting knob to

ensure the highest safety during use of the pressure reducer at the

maximum working pressures.

INTEGRATED CAPSULEThe pressure reducer MAXY is provided with the new INTEGRATED

CAPSULE device with filter to afford greater reliability and easier maintenance.

This innovation will be extended to the whole range.

MATERIALS USED Particular attention has been paid to the realization of our pressure reducers to

guarantee an attractive regular look. The pickling treatment that they undergo

inside the factory is not pollutant and ensures the highest protection against

atmospheric agents.

PRODUCTION CYCLEThe production cycle is complete: from surface treatment of the components

which have been selected after accurate inspections and internal controls to

machining; from assembling on appropriate production lines to individual tests

of all the pressure reducers series.

MAGNUM PLUSThe large diaphragm and the sturdy design of the components enable

reliable use and sensitive adjustment of the “MEGA” pressure reducer even

when the highest delivery flow is required.

USEIdeal for gas, welding, oxycutting and heating, for long working schedules

with MIG/MAG-TIG welding machines and specific applications where high

flow rates are required.

HIGH DELIVERY FLOW RATESThe pressure reducer MEGA is constructed for the use of compressed gases

up to 200 bar. It enables high delivery flow rates and therefore is used in

central supply-units and on “cylinder bundles”.

WELDING This is a process of permanent joining of two metals executed by a flame with or without the use

of fillers metals.

The heating source is the flame produced by the combustion of one gas with oxygen.

The combustible gases used should have a high flame temperature, high heat content and produce

a steady flame.

Autogenous welding

This is a technique to join two metals together through fusion, with or without using a filler metal

that has to be compatible with the two base metals.

This type of welding concerns all the joints where the base metal is part of the same junction.

It reaches a high mechanical strength and may be executed on thin sheet and iron pipes.

Brazewelding

This is a technique to join two metal surfaces gradually, while using a filler metal with a point of

fusion lower than that of the base metal. This process makes it possible to join most metals by

creating a very resistant junction and it is particularly suitable for workshop and ironmongery works.

Brazing

This is a technique to join two metals through capillarity of the melted filler metal so that the least

possible space exists between the two surfaces. The base metals must be heated without reaching

their point of fusion; the filler metal is melted with the gas flame and let down between the two

surfaces to be joined (capillarity).

The brazing is divided into:

- soft brazing (fusion < 400 °C)

- hard brazing (fusion > 400 °C)

litres (full or empty according to the customers' requirements) or disposable 1 lt oxygen bottle and

OXYACETYLENE WELDINGOxyacetylene welding is an autogenous welding process based on fusion

and using the combustion of acetylene by oxygen to reach the very high

temperature of 3.050 °C. The combustion of two gases takes place just out

of the lance: this process assures the right distribution of heat on the

surface. The flame is rigid, and therefore well adjustable, and must be

differently regulated according to the material that has to be welded. This kit

is used in workshops and yards especially since it is small and allows the

worker to weld in uncomfortable positions.

OXYPROPANE WELDINGThe oxypropane welding is a process of autogenous welding. The flame is

TURBO SET 90-110

THE SMALLEST GAS WELDING SETSThey are the international reference for all companies

selling autogenous welding kits with disposable oxygen

bottle and gas cartridge. The kit is contained in a small

elegant metal trolley with blocking devices for bottles

that afford easy and safe transportation. The Turbo Set

is compact, powerful and allows the end-user to make

professional welding being particularly suitable for small

hydraulics, air conditioning and refrigeration works. The

safety of the product is guaranteed by 4 flashback

arrestors with double protection placed in the middle of

each hose and in the oxygen reducer and gas tap.

Two versions are available:

- Turbo Set 90

- Turbo Set 110 fuelled by a special hydrocarbon

mixture gas cartridge particularly suitable for iron sheet

welding.

Many accessories are included for an immediate use: lighter, protective

goggles, microneedle set, multipurpose tool and filler metals.

PAINSTAKING ATTENTION TO DETAILSIt is a very space saving set: 27 cm height; 20° inclination to avoid

overturning; blocking devices for bottles; useful hook to hang the torch on.

CUTTER WITH GAS-MIXING IN THE HEADThree Cutters of different lengths are available: 50, 85 and 115 cm. They are

designed and realized for cutting professionals and manufactured to

guarantee the maximum safety during works. Gas-mixing in the head is
