Select part number, options, number of blocks, base length and mounting orientation from pull-down lists.
Enter load and load Position.Three different coordinates can be specified.Load should be more than 0.
Calculation result will be shown data such as product number, mounting orientation, operating parameters entered and load rating. Result page will also display theoretical Life Span (service life) for LX unit. It is not recommended to use selected LX unit if values for life span is displayed in red. Reset the values and select different LX unit or change operating conditions and recalculate. Choose "print format" for printing; available as PDF or HTML. (Adobe Acrobat Reader is necessary to view PDF.)
Enter values for operating condition parameters. Maximum values for operating parameters depend on initial product selection. Input value will be displayed in red if it exceeds maximum allowable value.

Maximum Allowable Stroke will be shown automatically.
Enter value equal to [Threading speed (V) x Acceleration/deceleration time (t1)] or less.Enter the maximum speed of a product to calculate a lifspan.Enter value equal of [Stroke (Ls)/Acceleration/deceleration time (t1)] or less.
Accelaeration-Time needed for unit to reach maxiumum operating speed. Deceleration- Time need for max. operating speed to be reduced to zero.Enter value equal of [Stroke (Ls)/Acceleration/deceleration time (t1)] or less.
Enter numbers of reciprocal operations (strokes) per minute.
Reciprocating motion generally causes vibrations and shocks, especially under high-speed operation or when machine starts/stops. It is difficult to acculately calculate impact of vibrations and shocks on product life span. As a result of this load coefficient factor(fw) is used. If vibrations and shocks significantly influence operation, enter the value for load factor obtained from (based on) experience.

Are units without grease fitting, like RS1/2/3 maintenance - free?
No, all units need to be lubricated periodically. To lubricate RS1/2/3 unit, remove the end and side cover of the unit and add grease to ball screw and slider by hand. See instruction manual for more details on how to maintain robot units.
What is the recommended grease?
Alvania Grease No.2 (Showa Shell) and Daphne Eponex No.2 (Idemitsu Kosan) for standard environment, LG-2 (NSK) for Clean Room Class environment.
Is your slider made from aluminum?
Yes, we use Aluminum Die casting, which has an excellent machining characteristic.
Can RS unit be used in Clean Rooms?
Yes, we offer RS clean room type. These units are equipped with air fittings. Operate with using suction blower.
Is it difficult to program a controller?
No, programming a controller is very simple. All you need to do is enter an operating point coordinates.
What enables your fast shipping and low price?
Suruga Seiki Co. Ltd., one of MISUMI group company, develops and manufactures our products.Their technology enables us to realize cost reduction and fast shipping.
Can I order LX unit with Low Dust Raise Grease?
Yes, this option has been added to LX product line. Just add letter "G" at the end of the part type when ordering.Ex.) LX3010CL→LX3010CLG
Do you offer LX series with high precision/accuaracy?
Yes, we offer Precision Class LX units that come with precision inspection certificate. To order one just add letter “P” at the end of part type.Ex.) LX2001CL→LX2001P
We could not use some of the LX due to small lead. Did you expend the lead variations?
Yes, lead 5 is available now in LX20 and LX26 Series. They are suitable for operation with fast cycle time.
