Are units without grease fitting, like RS1/2/3 maintenance - free?

No, all units need to be lubricated periodically. To lubricate RS1/2/3 unit, remove the end and side cover of the unit and add grease to ball screw and slider by hand. See instruction manual for more details on how to maintain robot units.

What is the recommended grease?

Alvania Grease No.2 (Showa Shell) and Daphne Eponex No.2 (Idemitsu Kosan) for standard environment, LG-2 (NSK) for Clean Room Class environment.

Is your slider made from aluminum?

Yes, we use Aluminum Die casting, which has an excellent machining characteristic.

Can RS unit be used in Clean Rooms?

Yes, we offer RS clean room type. These units are equipped with air fittings. Operate with using suction blower.

Is it difficult to program a controller?

No, programming a controller is very simple. All you need to do is enter an operating point coordinates.

Yes, we offer Precision Class LX units that come with precision inspection certificate. To order one just add letter “P” at the end of part type.Ex.) LX2001CL→LX2001P

We could not use some of the LX due to small lead. Did you expend the lead variations?

Yes, lead 5 is available now in LX20 and LX26 Series.They are suitable for operation with fast cycle time.
