when washed and put through a BEATER

Additives and coatings are added to PULP to engineer the specific

grade of paperMixture is 99.5% water

The slushy mixture is pushed out of the HEADBOX onto the WIRE

The WIRE is a moving screen that helps drain water from the pulp

As the water is drained, the sheet begins to form

Sheet is now 80.0% water

& weigh 25-30 tons
