    Plans are being made forthe annual WLIO holidayparade. The parade, whichbegins the holiday season,will begin at 2:30 p.m. Nov.28 and the route is throughthe downtown area.Local groups will be ableto march along with color-f u l , l a r g e r - t h a n - l i f eballoons.
