Our church is open all for those who wish to stop by and pray when Mass isn’t going on. You can also drop off your weekly offering envelope or loose cash; the box is secure and emptied regularly. The obligation to attend Sunday Mass is still suspended for now even if public Masses resume. Use your own judgement to decide if you are at risk and should pray from home. This is common sense, but people feeling ill should not attend Mass. WE WILL RESUME SCHEDULED DAILY MASSES Monday, May 4th on a probationary basis. We can only use about
half of the church’s capacity—every other pew will be empty. If there is overflow we will open the parish hall
during Sunday Mass for extra seating using either phones to watch Mass or one large TV screen. It will be
important to have ushers to help with this. Another necessity will be wiping the pews after each Mass. Our
Saturday crew took a lot of dirt out of church this past Saturday. Kudos to them for their brave, hard work!
MASS INTENTIONS Fr. Daro will offer other intentions privately at home while he recovers from surgery. I’m

FIRST COMMUNION AND CONFIRMATION Masses may now be scheduled. I’ve had no input yet from families
about when to do these great events of our parish’s life; please call, text or email Fr. Major. Archbishop Lucas has
given pastors of parishes the faculty to confirm instead of bishops, so no bishop will be present. Priests normally
confirm adults who become Catholic at Easter—this is just an extension of that faculty.
