ECOSIT® MultiBin SystemWith the ECOSIT® procurementsystem, Böllhoff regularly supplies thenumerous unloading points in thecustomer’s production with mostdifferent DIN parts, parts as perdrawing, fastening technologies of ourown production as well as with otherC-parts. In practice, the customer’sprocess costs are considerablyreduced.

ECOSIT® SmartBin® SystemOne of the Böllhoff supply systems isprovided with ”SmartBin® technology“.The items to be stored and managedare filled into containers and boxes atthe customer’s premises. Each of theseboxes is placed on electronic scaleswhich serve as a weight detector. Everyday, Böllhoff checks their weight onlineand thus ascertains the current on-sitestock. As soon as the calculated stock

in a box drops below the definedreplacement limit, the items areautomatically ordered and supplied.With SmartBin®, customers havereduced storage area, storage costsas well as procurement costs andmoreover benefit from the multipleevaluation options.

RIPP LOCK® locking screwsRIPP LOCK® is a reliable screw lock –even under extreme vibration or dyna-mic stress. The lock washer has radialribs on both sides which form-closedlyemboss in the counter-surface and inthe underside of the screw head whenthe screw or nut is installed so as toavoid self-unscrewing.

HELICOIL® tangfreeThe new HELICOIL® tangfree threadinsert is installed without tang so thattang break-off or removal are notrequired. This even allows installation onboth sides of the thread insert without aspecific orientation. HELICOIL® tangfreeis characterised by high wear resistanceas well as corrosion and heat resistance.
